From the moment I pulled up in the car…
From the moment I pulled up in the car park until the moment I left i was totally impressed with the professionalism of the organisation. My dentist gave me a thorough examination and took x rays. She then sat and explained to me what the problem was,what my options are and the costs. Everything was explained clearly and all my questions answered fully. I was very impressed.

Visited Dr. Arta Vahdaty for a consultation and a CBCT scan, and as expected, the experience was highly professional and reliable. Dr. Vahdaty was approachable and shared valuable insights. All the staff are really pleasant and professional. Nida herself is excellent at her job and very patient and kind. Having had bad experiences with dentists in the past I can 100% recommended her.

A good experience
Was greeted by lady on reception, very friendly and put me at ease.
The lady dentist, I apologise for not knowing her name, again was so lovely and friendly, and also very professional.
I didn’t know what to expect but soon realised i was in good hands and received the best treatment and care.
She took time to explain the results of my scans and listened to any concerns I might have which I appreciated, nothing was to much trouble
Also the young man that assisted her was also very nice to.
I would highly recommend this practice

I needn't have felt nervous
I was quite nervous about attending a consultation about root canal work. Having completed my pre-visit questionnaire it was clear that Christopher Burn was aware of my answers and made every effort to put me at ease. Christopher explained all the options thoroughly and in very clear detail. I came away feeling more at ease and that I was in good hands.

I made an appointment for a…consultation
I made an appointment for a consultation on a back molar that either needs a root canal or needs to come out and an implant inserted. I wanted a second opinion with regards to my decision and I was absolutely correct in consulting with Shiraz because the decision did mirror that of my doctor my dentist however one small thing was noted and that was how to save the bone after the removal or during the removal of the molar, that is exceedingly important and had I not had this consult, I would not be aware of this, so therefore I can make sure that whoever removes the tooth has expertise in order to save as much bone as possible, so the consult was perfect and I’m really happy with the outcome

Went to see Dr Arta Vahdaty for a consultation and a cbct scan. As always, totally professional and trustworthy. Friendly and informative. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for root canal treatment etc
My results were discussed in detail and options for treatment were also detailed.

I have never been nervous going to the dentist but was genuinely anxious about having root canal treatment. Nida and her dental nurse were fantastic, reassuring, patience and kind. I appreciated her cool, calm manner and her personal touch to constantly check in to see I was OK.

Exceptional service and staff.
I was referred by my dentist to this specialist dentist for two root canal treatments. I am a very nervous patient so was extremely anxious about having root canal treatment. I can honestly say I could not recommend this clinic enough. Dr Chris Burns was welcoming, reassuring, very knowledgeable and professional throughout my 4 treatment visits. His assistant Victoria was also very professional, kind and caring- even providing me with a stress ball during the procedures, which I greatly appreciated. Everyone at this clinc is so very friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended for anyone who is nervous as they put you completely at ease.

I was referred here by my own dentist…
I was referred here by my own dentist for a wisdom tooth removal. Bethan explained to me that in fact it wasn’t my wisdom tooth that was causing the problem but the tooth next to it. Bethan explained that due to the infection at the roots in that tooth it would need to be removed. I am a very anxious person and was so worried. Bethan was calm and reassured me throughout the procedure and her assistant held my hand all the way through bless her. I am now healing well and with no pain from the wisdom tooth that I have endured for the last 6 months. Thank you Bethan and your assistant for being kind, caring and patient with me. I would not hesitate to come back here in the future.
