Hi, I don't know who's fault it is but I ordered it last Saturday, I paid extra for two days postage. It was sent on Monday but it still hasn't arrived.

1st CLASS AFTER SALES ADVICE!!
Shortly after ordering three different items from their online shop, I received a phone call from them asking me if I was aware that the products may not be compatible with each other, which I was not!.They kindly offered me advice on some alternative products that would suit my needs, which I gratefully accepted.
The after sales care I received goes beyond what I've come to expect so for this I'm very thankful..
Great shop,great products & great people running it!!!....
