ordered a roor glass jar and they rang me to let me know they didn’t have it stocked , the replacement item they sent me was slightly faulty so i emailed them and within a hour or two paul had sent me another email and sent me another replacement item , the other 5 items i ordered were all perfect and the delivery was very fast overall really impressed with shiva.com and will be using their website in the future for all my glass and grinders etc

Didn't like the fact that I've had it…
Didn't like the fact that I've had it less than a week and the bong has already broken, very fragile pipe to say the least, only placed the pipe on work top and it slipped out of my hand at no great height and smashed, not happy at all but hey ho!

Sorry to hear about your experience. Normally we would be happy to offer returns or exchanges on products that are faulty or damaged on arrival. Unfortunately, even the highest quality borosilicate glass is likely to break when dropped from even a low height and so we would not be able to come to such an arrangement in this instance.
Hopefully the problem you have had with this glassware doesn't reflect on our service, and we'd hope you'd reconsider changing your rating.

Fantastic Customer Service - thank you!
I previously had an issue with 2 faulty sprays (manufacturing issues, not the company's fault).
Shiva contacted me and offered to replace the sprays, which they have.
I'd like to say that the customer service I received was fantastic. These guys worked really hard to sort this problem out, and happily replaced the 2 faulty bottles we received.
I'd like to say thank you and I would happily use (and recommend) Shiva again.

Great place to buy your stoner related items. Bought a set of scales to use for my kitchen aswel as a very amazing mushroom bong. Don’t have to use it to enjoy the work! You want great deals aswel as great work of art for your stoner items, this is the store for you!

Ordered a pre-cooler and a downstem for…
Ordered a pre-cooler and a downstem for a new piece. the pre cooler is great but the downstem doesn't quite fit either 18.8mm joint which is a shame. Oh well I only paid a couple of quid for it! Other than that, fast service, well wrapped and packaged, everything was safe and on time. Overall, really happy and will be ordering from these mawfks again
