Happy Customer
Despite receiving a message that the goods have been dispatched by Shoefit, the Royal Mail tracking site is saying that they are waiting to receive the package before they can deliver it. Not sure where the problem is, but would appreciate some clarity on when the goods might arrive.
Since writing this review, Shoe Fit have been really proactive in calling me to explain that the package had been shipped to Royal Mail, but the strikes had caused a backlog. The delivery arrived today and I'm highly delighted with the shoes. Thank you Shoe Fit for your helpful customer service.

Looking into the tracking, it appears that the package is still being processed at Royal Mail's hub and is delayed by the recent strikes.
We will investigate this further with them and will get back to you as soon as we can. For future reference, please give us a call if there is an issue like this, since it will be faster to get an update this way.

These shoes are so light and easy to put on, it’s a game changer for my 92 year old father. The back zip is revolutionary. He loves them and so do his carers, so much so that he has just bought a second pair. The contact I had with the company was great. I ordered online, but had contact via email.

I don't do 5 Star reviews, so this is an exception that is well deserved. Their online measuring app was straightforward and when it suggested the 'wrong' size of trainers I was suspicious, but they fit perfectly, delivery was great, so I'll be back.

Extremely pleased with service
Ordered shoes on Saturday, they arrived on Monday. Couldn't really be better than that! Price was competitive for the Ecco trainers that I ordered.

Just one word describes the service I received - Seamless.
I had to call with a query and the service was quick, friendly but professional.
Would definitely recommend even though cost was £10 more than other retailers - But they were all out of stock for size I wanted.

Excellent service and product (Ecco trainers). Bought online when size unavailable locally. £35 cheaper as well. Ordered on Thursday and arrived Monday. Would definitely use again.
