Been ordering for years the shoes are great but unfortunately this time
They were not delivered and then returned (not by my) they were never delivered
My account was credited for the amount but not the shipping which I feel not acceptable
I will never order from them again and feel that the need to improve there customer service

Mine broke after 3 months of use.. how sad

Shoes for Crews has the worst customer service I've ever experienced at any company. I am convinced that they do not want to help you. Any time I need to submit an exchange for another pair something always goes wrong. I'm an admin assistant so I have to order from them frequently for work, and when mistakes are made I am the one to blame even though they're the ones causing issues. If it were up to me, I would never order from them again.

They send me the wrong size. And want the custumer to paid for the shipping on the return. The custumer service is a joke to them no empahathy. I was a costumer for over three year. Never before have and issue till now but this is a deal breaker for me. Unasseptable.

Reading some of the negative reviews this doesn't seem to be the original shoes for crews which have top rating and only had positive experience ordering through European website.
Best non slip shoes on the market.

Last time I ever buy Shoesforcrews!It’s a scam to send shoes back and forth for wrong sizing. When u call no matter what they charge u $7 dollar return. The exact profit they make off the sale. The support line is run by Indians in another country. Scam scam scam. Notice they take down all bad reviews as well. Enjoy the $7 dollars. I’ll tell every server I know to never buy your junk shoes.

originally bought a pair in April, kept being backordered, it never shipped. had to cancel

bought a new more expensive pair instead, sizing was off so returned for a new pair..

months later still didn't get replacement, called for info and they said I had to provide them with a tracking number.. WHICH I WAS NEVER GIVEN
I just slapped the return label on and dropped it off.

I had to prove to them that they had my return to get my refund, Had i not done that they would have kept my money! ABSOLUTE SCAMMERS

In the meantime I bought a new pair and they had the audacity to charge me more than my original purchase!!

as a GM, I used to recommend to all my staff.
Our company will never deal with you scammers again.

Hi, good afternoon.
I bought a par of new shoes for me through the internet, from shoes for crew, as they say to be specialised in shoes for workers. Unfortunately, after 2 to 3 months wearing these shoes I got frustrated. The shoes are comfortable and that’s it. It’s a bit heavy, and now is ugly, it looks like to have been in the Second World War, with many marks, it’s destroyed. In the meanwhile the other par of shoes that I still have they are absolutely fine, not so comfortable, that is the reason that I had to buy a new one at that time.
I don’t like to make a bad review, but as I paid a lot for it, I have to let everyone aware about it.

It's Monday May 26th 2025 as I write this. Customer service is extremely incompetent. Slow to fix anything. I only order because I can't get my shoes in person. If you can try not to use them. I wish I was kidding about how bad the customer service is. I'd give 0/5 if I could

Shoes for Crews is terrible. They have no quality control on their shoes anymore. The last two pairs of shoes I bought, they were different sizes. One shoe was wide, one shoe was narrow or regular. This happened twice now. They were extremely uncomfortable (the ones with wrong sizing but saying 13 wide) and would cause foot pain.
And before that, a previous pair of shoes that was comfortable and had proper sizing only lasted 3 months before literally falling apart.
Basically worse than shoes you buy at Walmart but with premium price tags easily reaching $100.
There are other shoe brands that make true to size shoes that are comfortable and last more than a few months
Buyer beware.

Have felt with them since mid February and 5 pairs, two BBB involvements later finally getting a refund. Over 20 years of dealing with them and quality and service have gone down . Be persistent and take plenty of pictures and contact the BBB . Don’t let them get away with this crap. They prey on people just giving up .

Hoy día llame para confirmar que solucion me dan por el defecto de los zapatos y no se Nickerson resposables de su producto me estuvieron negando el cambio de zapatos y no quieren que se los regrese para que ellos vean el problema y el defecto del material es un olor insoportable y se rehusaron a recover los zapatos así ninguna empresa puede dar una opinion si no tiene su producto en Mano es mi opinion y mi dinero gastado por 30 años comprandoles zapatos que mal 👎🏼

Paid 15 dollars for 2 day shipping. It's now 5 days later and still no shoes. Customer service is giving me the run around. What happened to just doing good business? Sad.

I have been buying work shoes from them for over 10 years.

Initially, the shoes would last me at least a year if not 2, and I always felt they were worth the price.

Over the past few years, the quality has declined drastically. They aren't as well-made as they once were, so now they only last me around 6 to 8 months. I should add that I am now spending more time at a desk and less time on my feet, so I'm not wearing them out, they're just not the same quality they used to be.

Considering that they're now almost 3 times the price they used to be, I just can't justify it anymore.

Purchased some work boots from Shoes for Crews LLC on Amazon. We kept them outside in order to use them when taking our dog outside. The material expanded on the inside and made it impossible to wear them anymore. I contacted the company and emailed back and forth for 4 months to no avail. They asked for information, I provided it, then they didn't respond. Reached back out, they responded with same information request. I provided it again and again, even though they could've just looked at the email chain and found it themselves. Then I requested to speak to a manager. For 2 months they said a manager would get in touch with me. Terrible waste of time.

I'm gonna condense this store as much as I can. Bought a pair of shoes - Shoes A. They were good for what they were and wore them for my job for about a 6 weeks. The sole started falling off so I called and told them. Shoes A were covered under a manufacturing warranty and I was able to exchange them. Instead of getting another pair, I decided to change up and got Shoes B.

I received them and unfortunately, they were too small. But luckily they have a 30-day, no-hassle guarantee that allows you to exchange them for the correct size. When I call, they, of course, say that it's no problem and go to give me a return label. But alas - these shoes were purchased over 30 days ago.

I try and try and TRY to explain that no, these are only around 14 days into the 30-day guarantee (it took me a while to start the exchange process due to my hectic work schedule). They told me I was pushing 60 days past. Turns out they were using Shoe A as the date of purchase.

Meaning that the VERY MOMENT they sent me Shoe B, I was already PAST the 30-day guarantee window.

I called them and refused to hang up until I spoke to someone higher. I stayed on the phone for an hour going round and round. They only reiterated that it was past the 30 days and they couldn't help. Never mind I didn't want a REFUND. I WANTED the shoes - I just wanted them to FIT.

Add to that - when I explained this to the HR guy at my work, he yelled at me for bad-mouthing them and wouldn't help me. I now have a $100 pair of shoes that don't fit. Money is tight enough without this horrible loophole they used to get out of honoring their guarantee. This company failed miserably and I deserved better.

I have so far purchased 3 pairs of the low rider black shoes for my 3 daughters who work part time in McDonald’s and they say they are very comfy. The shoes come with a plastic scraper so that you can scrape the ground in food from the tread.
I have also on the past had to contact customer service and the lady was very helpful
