I checked out their shoe site, I've seen and brought 2 pairs of sneakers for my son. The new balance are great! He also wanted sonic..great picks, looks very good! Cost is very affordable. Came within 3 to 4days.

I placed an online order for a pair of shoes.. turns out they were never actually available and I’ve been waiting over a week for my refund. When I call the customer service number I get attitude.

Mailed me dirty used shoes. If I could attach pictures I would. It won't let me.

You're gonna wanna ignore the positive reviews and save yourself the wasted time and effort. Their Customer Service/Order Management Lead will pretend you're making it up and then ignore you. Been over a week and they haven't resolved the issue.

ShoeShow/ShoeDept does not care whether your order arrives in its stock condition and intact. They routinely ship the shoes without the lids on their boxes so that they are exposed and loose in shipment (this also senselessly robs you of the opportunity to neatly stack your new box of shoes in your closet with all the other boxes that have their lids on them like they're supposed to).

They pack the orders in very cheap shipping boxes with super cheap packaging tape so that the tape comes loose in shipment and the box is useless so it can't handle the weight of all the other packages that will be piled on top of it in transit on its way to you.

So then when it gets delivered to you with the top of the box caving in and open with its contents openly revealed and the shoes now damp from having absorbed the abundant outdoor humidity and with it getting rained into, and you then have to take your own time and energy to notify customer service about it, and their lead customer service person will actually write you back confidently denying it, suggesting that something was piled on top of it (like they think you're making it up or like you damaged it yourself, or like they're too stupid to understand boxes get other boxes piled onto them in the UPS truck) and will tell you that they see nothing wrong with it and that you can ship them back at your own expense. As if everyone can just get up and go do that.

Doing business with these people is not worth the hassle. They are not interested in an honest sales transaction and they do not care if you are not happy with the terrible job they do. They apparently think everyone is able to just get up and go return things to the store. Which, also -- I'm telling them this box got rained into, and they say it seems fine to them and take them back to the store??? So rather than believe the customer, they'll tell them to bring the "not damaged enough" shoes back to be sold to someone else.

I've dealt with this kind of crap from them more than once in the past too, which is insane, because what kind of company shipping something as simple as shoes in 2024 can manage to repeatedly fail to seal a shipping box correctly??

I ordered two pairs of shoes and they both showed up quickly. I had zero issues with this company and would recommend them

Do not buy from this company. They advertise a little lower price than Amazon, but they don’t give free postage for returns. They sent me sneakers that were supposed to be extra wide and they were not. When I called their customer service I was told I have to pay the postage to send it back. That’s over $10. Never buying from them again. Stick with Amazon, not these rip off company.

After first being skeptical because I haven't heard of the company till now, I began reading reviews....I decided to make my purchase( 2 great pair of shoes at great prices, as well as a very hard shoe size to find shoes), my shoes came a lot sooner than I expected and they are true to size...all around win

Recently went to the Fuquay-Varina location and there wasn't a huge selection in the size I was looking for, but the customer service associate was amazing and went in the back to bring a pair of boots we were looking for and another pair that wasn't on the floor. I enjoyed the experience and will go back in the future.

Horrible company to work for. Was accused of stealing almost from the moment I was hired. My daughter was unable to work over 30 hours , district manager daughter was full time and in management. Put dummy cams in my store. Brought an investigator in to terminate all my staff directly after I put in two week notice. Then put I was terminated in my separation paper work . When I called to discuss my district managers behavior I was never able to reach anyone with my concerns. The prior manager and staff were accused of stealing as well and terminated. District manager fist fought other store manager and clearly flies under the radar with her behavior. Pay is horrible and they were taking $500 out in deductions per check for months. Stay clear of this place !!!!!

This company is a complete joke. You have women in the customer support department that cancel an order because it's in "bulk" and then question you who is the item for? None of your damn business.. Shop elsewhere.

I was looking for a specific color Adidas sneakers and I found it on show shoe encore.
The price was ridiculous low, 35USD, ordered in any way.
The shipping was a lil bit slow although I've purchased 2nd day delivery but in general not spoken bad.
In general, I'm happy with the service and that I got a great price.

I try buying shoes for my family because I travel a lot. They will not let me buy . They block my card . I called customer service they can not help me so I can’t order from them anymore .

They’re bad with hiring people. There was a new store opening where I leave in patapsco and I put a paper application in. It’s been 2 months I’ve been calling and everything every time I do they say they said they gonna call me back for an interview and never have. In the future they need to fix that

I bought a purse, shoes, and socks. The socks were terrible quality. There was no elastic for no show socks. I tried on one sock and was told they couldn't be returned or exchanged due to sanitary reasons. I understand that, but these were defective and unwearable.

I understand different brands have their own ideas of what their sizes are and the size I ordered fit more like a 1/2 size smaller. After paying shipping to begin with I also have to pay shipping to send them back and since it was just a size error I will not be reimbursed so not worth it. I am basically out the cost of the shoe and there is no store near me so lesson learned but the price wasn't bad.

I have sold more than 60 pairs of shoes

I ordered a pair of men's size 9 shoes for a little over $20.
They sent me a women's size 9 (men's 7).
I followed their instructions about returning the item.
The price to ship the shoes back to "SHOE SHOW" via USPS was $14.50.
Shoe Show eventually refunded the money for the shoes which was about $20.
I called them to follow up if and when I would receive the reimbursement for the shipping fee.
I explained that they sent me the wrong size and I didn't even want the reimbursement, I just wanted the correct shoe size.
I told the gentleman at SHOE SHOW that I returned the shoes, they reimbursed the price of the shoes, and I basically just paid $14.50 to USPS to ship the shoes back to Shoe Show ( I basically lost $14.50. ALMOST THE COST OF THE SHOES) because of their mistake.
The person I spoke with told me they would look into it.
Lo and behold, I never heard back from them again.

Today I went to shoe show looking for some summer shoes that I could wear for yard work. After my experience with the cashier, I would not buy another pair of shoes from you if it was buy one get one free. Talking about rude lazy and disrespectful. Oh by the way I'm 72 years old. I Can see why so many stores are going out of business.

I went there to get a pair of sneakers. The older lady welcomed me and I proceeded to shop. They had a sale, but I only wanted one pair. Found a pair that fit and I liked. Went up with one shoe and 3 Hispanics came up too, the younger lady was looking at her cell and eating chips ahoy as though we weren't standing there. Then the Hispanic lady asked, "Do you have a cashier?" She took my sneaker and headed to the back, it was almost a 15 wait, so we all walked out. I was quite angry, but I'll go to their competition next time.
