This was my first order from Showtime USA, and I’ll admit I took a chance despite some of the reviews. The shoes I wanted were sold out from the original designer, and for $33, I figured it wouldn’t hurt to try — worst case, I’d dispute the charge if I never received them.

I’m not sure what happened with some of the other reviewers, but my experience was great! I ordered on Friday, September 4, my order was marked as shipped the same day, and I received my shoes on Monday. That’s incredibly fast, especially considering it was over the weekend! I also got free shipping on only a $33 order, which was a nice surprise.

And the shoes? ADORABLE. 😍 For the price, I’m honestly impressed. Ridiculously good deal, super-fast shipping, and no issues whatsoever with my first order. I would definitely order from them again.

I ordered some furry boots size 11 and when I got them they felt like a 9. Had to send them back which took about 2 weeks to get approved. I sent them back and the tracking number says was delivered on 12/29 and still no refund. I have reached out 6 times about it and no response or refund. I WOULD NOT recommend buying from this company because they have taken my money and got their shoes back. I paid 80+ dollars. They scammed me knowing that the shoes were not true to size and never refunded me my money.

I’ve order from this company twice never disappoint, items look even better in person as it does on the picture. Delivery usually between 1- 5 business after placing your order. Very responsive with returns you either can get a gift card with the refund in full or if choose to get refund back to the original payment method it’s usually $8.99 deducted (give or take) from your amount for the shipping fee. I just usually get the gift card because I’ll just end up spending it right back online Lol.
