I ordered and paid for 2 bottles of perfume on the 6th of June off 1 of your agents and am still awaiting for delivery on the 29th July has numerous excuses and promises of delivery only to be let down again and again. Will never order from this company again as I actually phoned the company to which I got that it is nothing to do with them as the agents are self employed not a very good reputation for this company when they don’t want to help a disgruntled customer to solving this problem

Such a pity that people from other companies are allowed to defame and lie about someone else's.
On a positive note I was a customer of FM perfumes and their makeup for many years before becoming a seller.
The quality is exceptional, longevity is as good as the expensive brands and I save money too, what's not to love.
Those who speak about it being a pyramid scheme, clearly have very little or no understanding of what a pyramid scheme is or rather WAS (before they were made ILLEGAL!) So if any of those would like me to explain I will.
However as only a tiny majority of people are so ignorant of this, I won't do so today.
As for people being wary of MLM companies, it stands for Multi Level Marketing, it exists in one form or another in every single business on the planet, from Selfridge's to Avon, the only difference with some companies is that they trade solely through word of mouth, representatives and advertising rather than owning a bricks and mortar business.
So back to the products themselves, I would say try them! You really don't know what you're missing or how much you could be saving.

Firstly, of course it’s pyramid scheme-esque. Do you know how many of these you’d have to sell to make decent money. It’s only the team leaders and people above them that make money and you should realise that just by looking at the model. You’d need to sell hundreds of these a month to make it worthwhile, they just don’t openly tell you that.

My issue is it appears to me they have begun diluting the strength of their products which it not does openly say anywhere on their site is the case. I’ve always got them on/off and they mostly smell bang on and lasted for days. Came out of the wash smelling of the fragrance still! The one I received recently which I had gotten many times before smelt nowhere near as strong as it used to, smells watery to be honest.

I suspect this is as the market has become saturated with these ‘alternative’ fragrance companies in the last few years and I would assume it has hit their profit margins which of course gets passed on to the consumers through whatever means they’re able to pass it on by.

Not only is the fragrance weaker but it cost £6 more than it did a year or so ago.

I won’t be purchasing from them again nor any of these ‘alternative’ fragrance companies and my advice to you would be, find a decent fragrance in the £40 - £60 range you can get from the mainstream retailers as there are so many nice ones out there for that price!

Firstly I'd like to make it clear I'm posting this review as a consumer only. I note a lot of the negativity about this company is surrounding the business model.

The fragrances are hit and miss with how close they resemble the originals. That said all the ones I have tried have a gorgeous scent and seem to last 6hrs plus. Definitely worth the money I'd say.

I tried 3 different perfumes and my husband 2 aftershaves and not one smelled alike to the fragrances they were being sold as. They are strong and lasted approx 4 hours but every one of the perfumes jyst smelled like a mixture of old floral scents like from air fresheners from years ago I would not reccomend whatsoever save your hard earned cash because you won't be saving any money on what are supposedly fragrances from top brands but without the price tags. I ended up giving away all the fragrances I bought to charity shops

**UPDATE**. After 6 weeks of waiting and asking over 9 times on text messages where the order is, the order has finally been delivered! I wonder if it would have ever come and whether my persistence paid off?? I will not be putting my trust in this company and any of the reps again! What a scam. I ordered 2 perfumes on the 29th March 2023 from a Rep on Facebook, it's the 29th April and I've still not received them, having paid upfront! I have contacted the Rep, J. L. S. 9 times to date to see where my order is. I just keep getting "tomorrow" or "its on its way" .
I have emailed FM World, they say "my" order number has gone to a different address to mine, but I can order direct!
Not sure if FM World is a con or the person selling via Facebook, but something is not adding up!
I just wish I had read all these negative reviews before I parted with my hard earned money to ultimately benefit a scammer on Facebook!!

Sharnna Warren is a rep for them in the UK. She is rude and scams people out of their money. I’d avoid her and probably the company as well at all costs!

When I came across this perfume company I researched it and was convinced it was a good thing. I brought 2 perfumes and at first they were great so brought 2 more . After a week the first one lost its smell and was quickly followed by a second , within a month all 4 have lost there scent.. I thought it was too good to be true and sadly it is.. don’t be coned like me..

Great products but dodgy. Ordered over £100 worth of fragrances from October, which I’m still waiting for now. Seller blames Royal Mail strikes and FM are ignoring my emails, but apparently won’t intervene anyway as the seller works via some kinda pyramid scheme! I’ve since started looking for other companies selling similar products, as I’m now out of pocket and had to buy Christmas/birthday presents elsewhere, due to my orders not having arrived.

Products are amazing! Always bought them as a customer so i decided to start selling for them and earn a part time wage from doing so. Really happy I joined this Buisness ☺️

The seller kicked me out of The Facebook group ,because I didnt buy a product she recommended.

Ruim 10 jaar geleden voor FM gewerkt via een man die mij destijds goed begeleiden ik verkocht destijds nog niet veel maar van hetgeen wat ik verkocht kreeg ik het geld netjes op mijn rekening..
Uiteindelijk moest ik door omstandigheden stoppen..
Ik ben zo 3 jaar geleden weer begonnen..
Slechte begeleiding of beter gezegd geen begeleiding, onoverzichtelijke site, en je moet tegenwoordig eerst een hoop verkopen om uitbetaald te krijgen..
Ik was eindelijk op het bedrag dat ik uitbetaald zou gaan krijgen..
Ik wilde het geld innen en dit lukte niet..
Klanten service gebeld verhaal uitgelegd volgens hun moest het gewoon gestoord worden..
Uiteindelijk bleek dat je dat bedrag in 1 maand moest verdienen belachelijk en onmogelijk..
Dus daarom kreeg ik niet uitbetaald..
Ik weer bellen en mailen nee dit was niet waar en je wordt gewoon voor leugenaar uitgemaakt..
Ik heb er samen met me moeder nog naar gekeken om er zeker van te zijn dat het niet aan mij lag..
Maar die zij ook ze horen je gewoon te betalen..
Ik heb een klacht ingediend wordt niks mee gedaan..
Uiteindelijk krijg je een mail dat ze de website gaan vernieuwen en je je geld moest opnemen anders ging het verloren ik blijven proberen, blijven bellen en mailen maar werd niet geholpen..
Uiteindelijk nooit uitbetaald gekregen..
Vervolgens was ik woedend en wilde review schrijven maar ook dit was nergens mogelijk..
Nu eindelijk iets gevonden waar ik wel een review kon schrijven en raad dan ook iedereen af om voor deze oplichters te gaan werken!!!!

I owe many Fm fragrances and skin care products and I have to say I love them all!!! They are very long lasting, People always ask me what perfume do I wear. They are excellent qualities, the skin care is luxury feels. I highly recommend as the prices are very affordable compared to designer brands. There is no difference between them .

Cheap nasty smelling perfume, some of the ladies on here giving it 5 stars forget that they use their full names, a quick search on Facebook and there they are an FM rep selling cheap nasty products!!!!

After just one use I came out in an awful reaction. Perfume basically burnt my skin. Gave feedback and got a very un sympathetic response. Terrible company. Having spoken to friends I have found out two more also has same reaction, ones skin actually blistered.

Avoid!!!
Saw a post from a Sharnna Warren looking for people to join as a rep. When I politely asked questions about how to works etc and took a look at the product brochure I was shocked to see they are selling unknown products at £60+ for full size.
I politely told her I don’t think people would purchase and she was extremely rude, telling me I didn’t know what I was talking about, so rude! Sharnna Warren unlucky, I’m definitely not joining now.

My daughter whose a young mum, wanted to give this business a try, but the agent who supposed to support her, was very unsupportive when she changed her mind, as she felt uncomfortable to buy a product at 40 odd pound and then expecting her to sell it at 90 pounds, baring in mind, they claim all products smell like the genuine item, when the fact is they don't even smell similar, so be careful of pushy reps

Have used FM for some years and been delighted however my usual source moved away and gave up doing it. My new contact seemed ok albeit a bit hit and Miss with timing of orders. I bought and paid for two fragrances in 15th December 2022 and as of 20th March 2023 I am no nearer getting them. Although I had the invoice number from the rep FM wanted the confirmation order number which the rep had deleted. I sent the reps account number and all my details but they still will not entertain honouring my order despite the fact this was supposed to have been sent direct to me. I have spent a fortune with them but this experience has certainly soured my opinion and would be reluctant to ever use them again.

As a former seller, I can tell you first hand exactly what its about.
First of all, the products are a load of rubbish, they're expensive with poor quality. Some of the perfumes I must admit are nice, but every single one of them smells nothing like the original. I was actually embarrassed to get such bad feedback from every perfume I sold. Secondly, the price the seller charges you for a product is not how much they pay for it, for example, they will tell you a Perfume is £30, but they actually only pay £19 for it, this is where they get their profit from. Practically stealing. Thirdly, if you are recruited because "they want to help you make money", this is also rubbish. A seller recruits because every sale you make, it also makes them money. The more recruits you have = the more money you make and the less work you have to do. Every product you sell gives you points which is where you earn your commission from. The first level is 3%, to get to 3% you have to earn atleast a certain amount of points (which is alot) and you only get about £2, so all the effort you put in to sell some products is not even worth it. They push you to private message people constantly and pretty much force them to buy off you, I'm sorry but there is only so much perfume one person is going to buy off you, and same with the slimming products and makeup. Also, the delivery cost is £6 which they will add to the product cost, so you think £30 is so good for a knock off perfume, but in reality it's worth £19 plus £6 postage, and they will add a bit extra on to get profit. A seller can sell a product at any price they like as long as its above the cost price.
Basically, don't buy from fm and don't be a seller for FM. I didn't make hardly any money from doing it, how these girls claim they got a car and a free holiday from them is beyond me, and this is where recruiting people helps them get there. You literally have to sell 100 products daily each month to get anywhere, which is impossible. Your level also resets each month so then you have to start all over again. I think they lie about a lot of stuff they get. I wouldn't say it's a scam because you can earn money if you work really hard from it, but realistically, who can actually sell 100 products a day and has the time to talk to people all the hours of the day to sell crap products.
Please don't use them, if you want to use an MLM company go to body shop, atleast they have a physical shop you can go in to and try before you buy!

Bought a perfume (on offer with others) at the beginning of December for a Christmas present. Recipient found the bottle faulty in that it wouldn't spray. Contacted FM but due to the query being just
outside their 30 day rule, they flatly refused to replace the item or even repair it. I pointed out that, in the UK, a customer can return a faulty product for repair or replacement up to SIX months after purchase. I did not request a refund just a repair or replacement. However, the customer service agent I had the displeasure of dealing with was truly rude and unprofessional.
