Replacement Parts Shop - Anglian Home Improvements Avaliações

Everything from the Initial Order to Delivery was perfect. Items that arrived were exactly what I wanted.

We have an Anglian front door which has gold coloured furniture which is approximately 15 years old. My first contact was to ask Anglian if the new gold coloured furniture was the same colour ask old items. There reply was non comital and not very helpful. We still ordered new furniture for the door at the end of October. When they arrived one door handle was damaged. All other items letterbox, knocker were fine. The colour was not the same but as I ordered all new furniture it did not matter. I then sent photographs of the damage and asked how to return them.
Most companies provide a label and free postage. Not Anglian I paid the postage with proof of delivery
Anglian agreed to exchange the door handles and refund the postage. I then received and email letting me know they were send a refund. I emailed back to tell them they had already agreed to send replacements as per dated email. No, if we still wanted the handles we would have to reorder. I did this and the new handles arrived with no damage. now guess what I have still not been refunded the postage even though they said they have actioned it. It has always been me that has chased. This is now the 11th December.

PARTS ARRIVEDPRETTY QUICKLY

I needed to replace 2 window handles for my 1980's Anglian bay window. The web site is useful in locating the type of replacement handles I needed/wanted.Spoke to customer service team because was unsure whether the current handle design with shorter spindles would work in my older model. They couldn't be sure and had no way of determining this, but advised that if I ordered and tried them and they did not fit, I could return them for a full refund. Ordered and they were delivered in prime condition.

Took a while to arrive but all in order when it did appear

Our existing door handle had broken internally, so I was extremely pleased to find the exact replacement.
Great service!

The casement window handle was easy to order on line and arrived in a timely manner. I just wish that the handles were more robust as I tend to order a replacement handle every 18 months as they break quite easily when used on a daily basis to open and shut a small window!

The Replacement Parts Shop at Anglian Home Improvements was really strateforward and easy to understand

Excellent, very helpful and quick to reply with a human. Ongoing support with solutions. Great customer service.

Agent was late, tried to sell me anything other than what I wanted. I have received repeated spam calls for months after contacting them despite asking them to stop.

Quick and easy to order. Fitted the window perfectly. Straight forward detailed guide how to replace the damaged window locking handle. Quick and easy to do. Works perfectly

Quick turnaround - items delivered within a few days of order.

Ordered a replacement casement window handle. It arrived promptly and was easy to fit. Good quality product.

The window key does not fit. The key is too thick. If that helps.

Obtained the replacement window locks I wanted, which I was able to install fine. Only slightly disappointing thing was the lack of any bulk discount or consideration of a slight unit price reduction as a long-term customer of Anglian.

Good, prompt service and advice from customer team.

the time it took for your staff to understand my particular problem.
