Could be stronger vibration mode
Could be stronger vibration mode. Was under my pillow at hotel and was difficult to feel the vibration.
Disconnected in the night at some point causing me to wake late for work.
The times it has worked, it worked well but I only used it 5 days- it worked 4 of those.

Thank you for your comment. The vibration strength is a balance between strength on one side, and power consumption, size, and cost on the other side. Normally, our customers appreciate the vibration strength and I hope that you also will be satisfied. However, if you feel that it doesn't work well for you, you are of course welcome to return the unit for a refund.
It should not disconnect as long as you are within the Bluetooth range. If this happens again, please contact our customer support (phn. 919-439-8383 or support.bsn@bellman.com) so we can assist you.

It Works
My wife is deaf and I am hearing so I think we have been able to test this product fairly well. We have the pager and charger, the bed shaker, the flasher, and the baby cry transmitter.
Positives
- It works. My wife says it's annoying but wakes her up.
- Seems to be decent quality but time will tell.
Negatives
- It's expensive. It may be a fair price I don't know but it's definitely costly to get all the components. That being said we are grateful it is even an option. Definately worth it for us.
Additional thoughts
- we have the baby in the same room as us so we are not able to use the flasher right now because it is so bright. This means if you buy their baby cry system you will probably want to buy the pager which I did not realize does not come with the charger. The bed shaker only works with the pager if you have the charger for the pager.

Regarding the Flash Receiver, there are two things I want to mention if you feel that it is too bright. First, you can twist the upper part (the flashing part) so it flashes into e.g. the wall instead of straight ahead. Secondly, we have a Flash Receiver Cover that you can use to lower the flash intensity. So far we don't promote these covers in the US because the demand is low. However, if you want one, I will send one to you as a gift (no charge). Please let me know if you would like to have a Cover, and send me a message at PJ@bellman.com

It works
It works. I’d like the shaker to vibrate harder as it slips under my pillow and it isn’t enough to fully wake me. I’m a deep sleeper. The phone call thing with sound is good. Makes me feel less isolated.

Just a short background: The max vibration strength is a function of what we found is normally required to wake people up, battery consumption (since stronger vibrations drain the battery quicker), the size of the product (a larger battery requires more space), and cost.
My comment: When you say that it "slips under your pillow" is that accidentally or do place it under the pillow? If accidentally, would it be possible to put something around Vibio, like a wide rubber band to avoid slipping under the pillow? Amazing peace of mind
Delivery was quick and set up was easy! Had a couple mishaps in use but they were my fault. First time my son had been playing on my phone and turned off my Bluetooth tooth so I didn’t know it wasn’t communicating the second time the alarm was set but I misinterpreted the on off switch (I know that makes me sound stupid but you’d know what I mean when you see it when it’s on off is “highlighted” as your option to switch to.
I bought this to be secure in that my teenagers / young adult can still wake me when they are out past my bed time. It’s been a huge relief. I love it!!!

We have had a Bellman amplifier for a number of years. It is my husband's backup to his hearing aids. We had to get a replacement for the earbuds, and when we got them, because we had forgotten that they attach on the side, we tried to attach them to wrong place. For this reason, we thought we had the wrong size. I emailed Bellman, and received a prompt response, which set us straight right away. Saved us a time and continued aggravation. Could not thank him enough for his prompt, knowledgeable response.

The noise detector
The noise detector, portable reciever, and bed shaker work great. I have hearing loss in one ear and this works great making sure I wake up when the alarm goes off.

Better than other vibrating alarms
This was better than other vibrating alarms that I have used. It’s not perfect. You set the time for the alarm in the morning and may have to reconnect to the Bluetooth during the night.
