Poor service
Poor service. I ordered a lateral flow test online on the 12th April which was acknowledged same day but the order wasn’t fully ‘processed’ until the 18th! In other words it took 6 days for Dicksons internal systems to process the order which I’ve still to receive as of the 19th April!

Hyperbarics
I had a series of sessions in the hyperbaric chamber in the Rutherglen branch. I found the two staff members I dealt with to be very pleasant and helpful and keen to provide excellent customer experience.

The hyperbaric treatment was unsuitable…
The hyperbaric treatment was unsuitable for me as the pressure caused extreme pain in my left ear. The treatment lasted only for a few minutes. No refund was offered.

Oxygen Therapy
I attended a trial session for Oxygen therapy at Dickson Chemist. The operator was very knowledgeable and helpful, and made me feel comfortable throughout the session. I noticed some benefits after the trial and have gone ahead and booked a programme of sessions.
