first and last time, awful service

never met a worse costumer service in my life. first timer here, so i of course had bad luck and ordered too big, so i requested to return it. never got a label, only several back and forth chatting with several "agents" who are as dumb as wet paper, and can't even keep track of what they say. after many days of distress of losing money, they gave me a glimpse of hope saying they'd send me my full refund without having to return the item, as a "goodwill gesture to the problems i've been having with my experience", only for them to turn off that light of hope with "we can't actually do that, we'll need the product back before sending you your money back". i then for the millionth time asked for a return label, still haven't gotten any.
this company and it's workers is an absolute joke, and this was the first and last time ordering from there.
do yourself a favor, don't. order. there.

No need to order from these guys, they claim they shipped the goods but never send the goods to the shipper.
Here the transcript of my last encounter with their CS.
what happened:
ordered some shirts for my boys 🙂
1. checked with CS after 10 days and was promised to receive goods within 7 days.
2.since I didn't receive good, I contacted CS again and was told the shipment got lost (they claim) but tracking shows items never went to the shipper (https: //track. landmarkglobal. com/?search=LPR0008760000725104 )
3. checking with CS again, some items were not available anymore and had to be removed from the order and claimed send again (but again goods never went to shipper.
4. Followed up again with CS, was told sos so sorry but items are not available anymore....

Thieves

I ordered a Crosby Jersey on November 12th for my husband. I was hoping it would arrive by our anniversary on December 2nd. Never came, not a big deal, I’ll give it to him for Christmas. Never came. In the meantime I’ve emailed the company three times and the shipper, where it looks like it’s been sitting since November 24. They took my money and no jersey. Bunch of thieves! Don’t don’t don’t order from these people!

Wrong item sent. Nothing done to rectify it

I ordered 2 items. One was delivered correctly. The other was completely wrong. Their website would not recognise my order number and the automatically generated email promised I would be contacted within the next 48hrs with instructions how to return the wrong item and receive the correct one. Needless to say this never happened. NHL should be taking their own action against this company.

Stole my money

This company cancelled my order twice as I used PayPal and no money was sent. No idea why cancelled so I then used a card. Told it was invalid but they took out over £25 from my bank and my order is still sitting in the basket. I don't have an order but they take the money. That's thieving and I can't do a thing about it. Don't use this place as they steal your money.

A letdown to the NHL brand

Customer service is absolutely atrocious. I advised I did not receive my delivery and the proof of delivery (provided by Evri) is not even my address. First person I spoke to on their chat system assured me an investigation would be raised and I would receive an update within 72 hours. 96 hours pass and no update. Contact again and it turns out an investigation wasn't raised but this person would and contact within 72 hours. 96 hours pass and no update again.

I reach out to the team via email and am now in a constant loop of repeating the same information already provided in the email thread. It's now been over 2 weeks since I 'received' my order and no one is taking ownership and working towards a resolution.

Warning! Stay away from this shop!

I have ordered a Fanatics NHL cap. The cap I received has a big ugly (hologram) sticker placed on top of the curved bill, and I do not want to walk around with a cap like that. On the webshop images the cap is shown without this sticker, so I expect it to be removeable without any issues. I have chatted with customer service (4 times!) to know if I could safely remove the sticker without leaving traces of glue. Apparently, this is not an easy task, so I was referred to contact customer service by email, and I was promised to receive an answer the same day. That did not happen, and still no response after 1 week. One of the CS agents suggested me to use a steam iron to remove the sticker, and when I asked what to do if this procedure should ruin the cap, the agent left the chat session! It seems like I have no other choice than to return the cap. Surprise, surprise - not even their return system is working: did not recognize my order number!
I will never order anything from this shop again!

Sizing gone wrong.

So, I thought I gained a bit of weight so I ordered 2 hoodies in 3xl. When I got them, despite both saying 3xl in the tag, one fitted as a 4xl and the other as a L.
Disappointed.

Never ever again

Never ever again! Placed an order in november for €150. This never arrived. Customer service is very bad, they keep you on a leesh. Still trying to get my money back. No luck yet.

Useless. No help. Should have read the reviews 1sr

Ordered in October a little something for myself....its STILL "being processed" now in January. Tried to get help but got no answers to any of my questions and they are avoiding answering messages. Absolutely useless. I understand things are slower with covid and all. But if that's the reason then at least tell me. Don't just take A LOT of money and expect people to be fine when we don't get answers. Don't shop here.

I think this place is a scam, I spent £130 on a hockey jersey for Christmas and they sent me some pens. They are being evasive and unhelpful in their slow email responses.

Avoid this company.

Worst retail experience
I placed an order with nhl international which I soon found out is a ’Fanatics run experience’ and only sells Fanatics branded jerseys. Living in New Zealand and not being a regular buyer of NHL jerseys I thought I was buying an authentic adidas jersey. Upon realising my mistake 12 hours later I contacted nhl international’s customer service email twice, my order number and email were not accepted by their returns portal so I couldn’t immediately process a return/refund, their live chat never has anyone available, and I have also emailed Fanatics customerfirst address based on some of their replies in this forum.

The result, it’s been 4 days and I haven’t received 1 piece of communication from Fanatics. Disgusting customer service and I would recommend anyone steer clear of them.

Worst Customer Service

I placed an order on the 20th August, delivery was supposed to be 5th September. It didn't arrive as scheduled, I followed up with their customer service email which was unresponsive and when I eventually did receive a response it was just containing the tracking information they had already provided which was useless. Eventually after almost 6 weeks and many unhelpful or unanswered emails the delivery arrived. I wouldn't recommend and definitely won't be ordering again

Stay away from NHL International Fanshop...

On March 27'th I placed an order of a VGK longsleeve shirt but have NEVER received it despite its already paid for. To contact the website is totally impossible and there is no phonenumber you can call. As I'm a huge fan of Vegas Golden Knights of course I'd support them by buying a shirt but not like this. It ends right now. So DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE, they take your money and doesn't send it to you.....

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

An absolutely terrible shopping experience that started with incorrect sizing on their site, partial non-delivery of the original and when I tried to return the order they couldn’t confirm whether it had been received by them or not.

Each time I emailed them I was passed onto a different operative, must have gone through 7 or 8 in total. As with the previous reviewer, they never answer the question in the email, use poor English and grammar and simply “fib” you off.

I am now considering my next course of action but I would avoid them like the plague.

DO NOT USE!

Toronto Maple Leaf Jersey

This has been the utmost worst experiece I have ever had at a well known shop. We have been waiting since June for our Parcel to arrive and everytime I email their pathetic shop it is as if the store does not read my emails, as they respond but never address the questions I had. I do not know if they are reading someone else's query and then answering me but I have to repeat my questions at least 3 times before someone actually helps me and still then they never fully help me with my query. This was the worst service I have ever received and would not advice or recommend anybody to support this shop as you will never receive your product.
