I paid 15000 for a tennis raquet

I paid 15000 for a tennis raquet. U have not got my raquet nor my money. It's a fraudster company. I have raised a dispute. I'm not sure whether I will get my money back. Don't buy any products here.

Again no one responds to the mail. I have asked for refund what's your problem in paying my money. Do t cheat people like this.

I had a very disappointing experience…

I had a very disappointing experience with Kibi Sports. I paid a substantial advance amount after being assured that my bowling machine would be dispatched within the promised timeline. However, even after repeated follow-ups, the product was not dispatched on time. The biggest issue was the lack of communication—calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails were either ignored or received no meaningful response.

As a customer, I expected transparency and regular updates, but instead I had to chase the company for information. Due to the non-delivery and poor customer service, I was left with no option but to initiate a credit card chargeback and file consumer complaints.

The delivery process is one of the…

The delivery process is one of the worst I've experienced. Once an order is placed, there's absolutely no clarity on when, how, or even who will deliver the product. The lack of communication and tracking makes it feel uncertain whether the order will be delivered at all. Keeping my fingers crossed that it actually arrives.

Kibbi sports is a fake or fraud company.. After 7 days we have not received any delivery update... No. Of times I've mailed but they are not responding.. We are going to take legal action now.. 😡😡😡😡

I wanted to give 0 but no option left

I wanted to give 0 but no option left. I placed an order for chain lube on 13 March, until now no update . I tried to reach out multiple people via phone , msg , WhatsApp . No response

They don’t bother to even apologise for not shipping the product nor wanted to give refund ! Worst customer service .. I will highly recommend to dodge this company and shop in Amazon or Flipkart or Meesho
