I ordered the 20th Anniversary Coraline Figure on 12th August (I'm UK based). On 18th September it was shipped with DHL ecommerce. On 22nd it arrived in LA. And there it has stayed. I've contacted Laika about this and they've just stated there is nothing they can do. I've also tried contacting DHL with no joy. I've sought advice from Reddit and received this: Your tracking shows no movement for 42 days, which is an abnormal gap that requires an investigation. With DHL eCommerce, only the sender can open a tracking inquiry and, after 45 days from the first DHL scan, submit a loss claim (recipients can’t). Go back to Laika and ask them to start the inquiry now and be ready to file the claim via the DHL eCommerce portal (portal.dhlecs.com) if there’s still no update.
