I understand that you were advised before ordering that our delivery timescale was within 48 hours and our cut off was 2pm for orders to be despatched the same day. As explained to you over the telephone your order was placed at 14.26 on the 1st so would not be despatched that day - it was despatched on the 2nd and was delivered to you on the 3rd - so it was delivered next day to you and well within our advised delivery time frame of 48 hours.

I’ve used them before and no problem at all. Overall they’re a good company however when I rang about my latest order, the woman on the phone had a MAJOR attitude problem! How someone can work speaking to customers and be that rude is beyond me. She’s an embarrassment to the company. Such a shame

DPD sent a message yesterday at 3pm…
DPD sent a message yesterday at 3pm saying that they cannot find us. They are here 2/3 times per week. These documents were needed for this morning and still haven't arrived.

Hi Tony we are very sorry to hear about your issues with DPD - we have raised this with them - unfortunately although you say you have deliveries all the time if the driver is different and doesn't know the area these things do happen - we are monitoring this with DPD to ensure these situations do not arise again. Product is fine, courier service you use is rubbish.
People on site to take collection but took to Post Office instead. Didn't deliver on day stated. Need to look at your delivery partners.
