Hi Kirsty, thank you for your feedback. However, I can see no emails being received by the customer services team in respect of your query regarding a badge missing from your recent order. However, now that we are aware I have placed a new order and the badge will be sent out to you.
The confirmation emails that are sent out are from a No Reply email and so if you have been emailing this address they will not be passed through to the customer services team. The email contains our customer services email address for any queries.
