I’ve ordered from here twice, the first time my duck came around 5 days late and the second time it came a day late but overall the product is high quality and is exactly as shown.
I couldn't find the product I ordered from here anywhere and was really surprised to see this company had it in stock as it doesn't specialise in what I was after. I even rang them first to make sure... Ver mais

I need help to return....
T-shirt came...great quality and size....the wording was fine..but the wee peeking over the top duck was no good....it did not look like it was a duck peering over the edge...just got the white top of its head...can't use it...could not get on site to get a return label...all I get is plastic ducks. Would appreciate it if I could return it to get one that the little duck is looking out over the edge. Can you help please? The t-shirt is rendered useless. Sadly

I was very disappointed with the product and also had to wait many days before it arrived. I suppose that because was during the holiday period so they didn’t post it on time. Nevertheless I was not happy with the cheap quality plastic egg! Would not buy it again.

Let down by lack of Customer Service
I've sent two emails with a query regarding missing items from my order. I haven't received the missing items, a refund or a reply.
Poor service. What I have received are great.
