Smooth transaction
Only made a small order and it included 3m lengths of trunking so an awkward shipment. Despite this all arrived in good condition and quickly. Highly recommend.

I have not received my item or a refund at the time of writing. Please contact me to rectify this matter.
Your delivery people said they tried to deliver my item. However I was in both days and they did not knock on the door or ring the doorbell. Please try again.

Have ordered twice, easy and speedy
Have ordered twice from them - Renusol solar panel rail brackets. Both occasions the delivery was quick. Well priced and easy to use. Site supports PayPal and ApplePay which makes it easy. Would use again and thumbs up.

Took 9 days to receive the delivery
Took 9 days to receive the delivery, it was delivered in two parts. Note this was a length off 20mm electrical mini trunking and a surface mounted box, nothing special or difficult. As I needed these bits for a customer job I ended up having to source elsewhere as order still hadn’t been completed after a week. I had completed the job by the time the second part of the delivery arrived.

Hi John,
Apologies for the delay with your order. Due to the mini trunking being 3 metres long we used Fedex. It appears they use a third party courier in the Paisley area and their service clearly wasn't up to standard.
Kind regards

Fedex delivery very poor
The only problem was with Fedex and the delivery. The notified time slot was 9.40 - 13.40. The delivery was split into two and the first part arrived at 9.00. At 13.30 I got a message telling me the rest of the delivery, all the fittings, was delayed until the following Monday, any time up to 8 pm. I then went out and on my return the box was on my front doorstep!
I expect rubbish service from Evri, but not Fedex.
That said I was happy with the ordering process and the speed of despatch.
