Lack of Customer Service

Happy with the product, not the producer. It took just under 4 weeks (18 business days) to receive my order, and several emails, both replying to the confirmation email, and sent through their website contact page, received no reply.

I ordered the Asymmetric Double Dangle Clip-On Earrings, and one Wire Ear Cuff Clip-On Earring on Thursday, April 16th, at 11:00 PM Eastern, and just today, Wednesday, May 13th, received them.

For context:
- Per their confirmation email: "Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will be processed the following Monday. Please note that our processing time, prior to shipping, is typically around 7 business days (Mon-Fri) but can and does fluctuate higher in times of high demand." Their shipping policy on their website says the same.

- Per their website, under the Shipping & Processing -> How Long Does Shipping Take? section of their FAQ: "If our processing time is higher than normal, we will put a notice at the top of our site with the current estimated processing time."

Even taking into account that 11:00 pm on a Thursday is, essentially, placing the order on Friday, by April 30th, (9 business days later) I sent an email asking if there were any delays I should be made aware of, as they'd gone over the aforementioned 7 days, and there was no notice on their site with the estimated processing time. I got no response.

On May 5th, (12 business days), I sent a message through the Contact Us page on their website stating I would dispute the charges by Friday, May 8th, if I did not receive a reply about my order. On May 7th, (14 business days), I got the automated confirmation email that my order was on the way—still no acknowledgment of my previous emails.

As far as the product:
I received exactly what I ordered, and I've been wearing them for a few hours now, so I can say the comfort of the clip-on earrings, and the ear cuff are not exaggerated. The weight of the dangling earring is also barely noticeable.

Overall, I am happy with the product, but if I'd ordered a similar product off of, say, Amazon, I would not have been charged the day I placed the order, just to not get it for 27 days—that's, essentially, an interest-free loan, if anything—I would have been charged when it actually shipped. Knowing that, had anything had happened to the product during transit, I would not have been able to get a hold of them, kills absolutely any desire to purchase anything else, and leaves me questioning my decision to purchase from them in the first place.

Ordered on April 18th

Ordered on April 18th, finally got the shipping email on May 12. Still do not have an estimate of delivery. No communication even after sending an email through their site

Awful

Awful. I have been waiting six weeks for my order which was very large. It’s obviously been lost. Customer service ignore my emails. Never again! UPDATE: 13/04/26. Finally received order, but had to pay additional customs fee of £60. However, the earrings are still the most comfortable clip ons and extremely beautiful. Such a shame it was so hard to get them.

Wrong delivery, high customs fee on top!

Very long delivery time even though they are announcing 5-7 work days -> not recommended for presents!
Delivery of wrong product (silver instead of gold).
Customs fee for German customers:17 Euros - on top of price and shipping!
No reaction at all on my complaint email about the wrong delivery.
Do NOT oder anything there.

I ordered 1 + 5 products again

I ordered 1 + 5 products again, and the packages were lost in the mail (our new delivery guy is terrible). And it got sent back eventually because I could not reach anyone. And these take months. And their customer service is fantastic, and I just got both orders.
These clip-on earrings are to die for. Finally, a shop that has beautiful earrings and strong, super-quality clips. Also, they have most (all, maybe?) designs in both regular and clip-on, and I can match them with my friends :) My ears are very sensitive.
Oh, and there are always new designs, and all are trendy, timeless and! both casual and elegant. Perfect selection.
(That's why I keep ordering :D)
I can assure you, feel free to order from them; I definitely will!
