It puts a bit more money in the pocket of the consumer, and it's free. Who would've thought. Very happy with service.

I dislike the low cash back for people that are and have been joined up to most off your offers , new custo ers get most of the rewards .

This is my first ever experience with shopback and I just bought a Hoyts gift card on 26th April 2026 and I tried redeeming the gift card immediately and upon trying it shows no sufficient balance, I spent my hard earned money and it just got wasted, no response from the company nothing

You has to use regularly, because if it's a while between shopping ypu lose your cashback amount.

I truely believe this company is a fraud they mislead customers and despite going through the link and buy products through service providers I do not get my cash back it's atrocious

I like having the app however the surveys pay minimal for my time and cashback on shopping is very small it will take a long time to accumulate enough dollars to spend.
As a user it is very easy to use the app.

Once recites are scanned it takes a long time for the tracking to be processed.

The money came back sooner than expected and I will use it one my next trip. Thank you.
