Don't ever buy from this company. If you are not happy with your purchase you will not be able to do the return process through their portal. 1st of all, they do not refunds, only exchanges and credit. Then, when trying to do a return on their portal, it will only allow me to do an exchange, but there is nothing I want. Their website says if your preferred exchange item is out of stock then you will get a store credit for your returned item but the online portal only allows me to choose something else. Their process is unfair, rigged, and BS. I will never buy from this company again and I was a dummy for not researching them before buying. It is also very suspicious that reviews on their own website are quite good and quite the opposite on independent platforms like Trustpilot which makes me question their ethics.

This is a scam clothing company. if you order something and don't like it, they will not let you return (even for a fee). They ONLY let you get store credit. Ok, but it gets worse: When you start a "return" you get offered more $ if you DON'T exchange for a different size. Hmmm...why would they give you more $ you ask? Because they hope you forget you have the $ and they get to pocket it without giving you any product. What type of clothing company operates this? Clothing companies that are not on your side and just want your money. Oh, and if you do attempt to place an order later with your $, you get an email days later where "unfortunately, some of your products are out of stock, so we cancelled your entire order." What a scam company. Don't waste your $ or time.

Very very poor company and customer service cancelled an order before it was shipped and was told it would be refunded for then to get an email that it had been processed so I emailed again and they said it’s too late to cancel the order now and I will need to return it for store credit. Disgusting will never be buying from them again.

My order took nearly a month to ship with no communication.

Ordered 2 tees and 2 pairs of chinos. I’m in England but it took 2 weeks to arrive, and I had to contact them multiple times for updates. They refunded my delivery cost without me asking so that was nice and their customer service responds quickly and is helpful.
I kept the tees as they’re good quality.
But the trousers were huge. I ordered a 34W and 30L for both, but they were so much bigger. I normally take a smaller waist but didn’t want to risk them being too small and thought I’d just wear a belt, not knowing they were elastic waistband anyway. Bht they were enormous, I could have gotten my whole body in one leg.
They were extremely baggy and as for an apparent 30W, there’s no chance. I’m 6’ and I usually order a shorter leg as I like them to sit above my ankle but these went almost to my toes. Way way way too big.
I wanted to return them but they don’t offer a return label prepaid and suggested I use a courier of my choice. It would have cost me £20-25+ to send them back, more than half of what I’d have gotten as a refund.
I sold them myself separately.

Don’t buy if you’re outside the US (or even California) and don’t buy if you want accurately sized trousers.

The T-shirts are good quality though.

decently priced casual wear for men. bought a bunch of oversized tees for daily use. they’re decent quality and thick tees. shipping isn’t the fastest but doesn’t matter much to me. was good enough i went back and ordered some more.

Yes I was scammed by Cove USA. They posed as a coach outlet store. I ordered a light green small purse from them, not knowing that it was not coach outlet. After not confirmation waiting 2 weeks for them to give me a confirmation number, I cancelled the order with the credit card company, Avant. Never ever get this credit card, they are scandalous just like Cove USA. I have been trying to get Avant to reimburse my account, but they say the purchase was valid. Wow, so where is my purse? Damn liars. You really cannot trust anyone on line anymore. Never again, will I order something from another company.

i bought two pairs in the UK, fast delivery from the east coast of states, (7 days) but despite being the same sizes one pair fit abd one pair dont.. you cant buy these online, you must try before you buy

They basically forced me to buy an extra pair of shorts. I ordered 2 and then went back to edit my order to see if the shorts were B2G1. I added one pair of shorts to find out that there was no such deal. Every time I clicked to remove the unwanted item from the cart, some error popped up. I tried until the 30 minute timer ran out and they ran my card. I think its definetly by design. Why is it so simple to add an item but removing it from the cart takes an act of congress. This company seems super shady not doing business with them again

Dog turd quality shorts , both the chino and active type, impossible to return and get money back.

The site does not warn you that they don’t do returns only exchanges. The clothes look ok but not what I expected so I want my money back and there is no way to do it. I’ve reached out to them and no solution was given but them keeping the money and offering more product or store credit.

Order never arrives.

I ordered some shorts 6/29/26 and it’s now 7/22/26 with no email on when these shorts will be arriving. I checked the shipping and tracking shows it left the facility and then went back… Be warned, you may never get what you purchased! $160.77 down the drain, I will be fighting with my credit card company.

Unlike every other online store out there, there is no refund option on returns - only exchange or store credit. So you better know you want to keep what you're ordering, or you're just forking over cash for nothing.

Sad to say they fell apart after owning the pants for only 3 months. They were super comfortable and I wish they had lasted longer! Definitely bummed.

Please save yourself the hassle of buying from this company, sizes are all over the place and to return from the uk I was charged half the cost of the clothing I bought. The quality isn’t as good as they advertised. All in all won’t be buying from them again .

If you're buying from the UK be prepared for a massive customs import fee. I bought £150 worth of goods and ended up paying £95 import duties. Without paying it the goods would be stuck indefinitely or destroyed. If paid (which I ended up doing) you can return the goods but the whole cost would be for me - and on top of the customs charge - the purchase made no sense

Terrible, package took over 2 weeks to "attempt" to get delivered, never came and then told me "the customer" that I had to contact the carrier THEY used instead of them trying to resolve the issue. I can see now why they are struggling as a company.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with Cove USA has been extremely disappointing.

I placed an order for three pairs of shorts on June 10, 2026. After a week of seeing the order sit in “pending” status with no updates, I reached out to customer support to find out what was going on. Only then was I told that a hold had been placed on the order and that they were “doing their best” to fulfill it.

Since then, I’ve had multiple exchanges with customer support, and every response has essentially been the same canned message. The only concession offered was a refund of my shipping fees. While I appreciate the gesture, it does little to address the complete lack of communication and the ongoing delay.

It has now been over two weeks since I placed the order, and I still have not received any indication that it has shipped. What’s most frustrating isn’t even the delay itself—it’s the poor communication and apparent lack of urgency or desire to make things right. The support team hasn’t been particularly helpful, proactive, or even apologetic throughout the process.

For comparison, I placed an order with TLF after ordering from Cove and received a shipping notification within two days. I also placed an order with Robert Graham after my Cove purchase and received that order several days ago. Meanwhile, my Cove order remains in limbo.

This was my first time trying Cove USA after seeing their advertisements, and unfortunately it has left a very poor first impression. In a retail environment where consumers have countless options and are more selective about where they spend their money, you’d think making a strong first impression would be a priority.

I’ll update this review if the order is eventually shipped, but as of today, I cannot recommend Cove USA based on my experience.
