So fraudulent the way they sign you up for a membership and charge monthly - plain to make they fact you are joining transparent and communicate this via email- false- avoid at all cost - one of the worst

I love the quality of the t-shirts, nice substantial fabric, and beautiful colors and artistic patterns. I also ordered two cuff bracelets and they're heavy-gauge stainless steel, and the engraving is easy to read. Great quality. Really very pleased with my choices and the products. Only suggestion I have is if you're not interested in becoming a 'member' make sure you pay attention to that when you're checking out. Customer service is very helpful and understanding, and I will definitely be ordering again from this company. Thank you!

I sent a message and received no reply . I was asking why one shirt was so soft and the other not so much . The vneck XL I can’t get over my head while the other vneck fits fine would love to possibly exchange one but need to understand sizing

Not satisfied at all. Mystery shirts are picked randomly, but what are the odds that I received 2 shirts with the same color scheme and pattern? Im very disappointed in the customer service and the exchange/return process.

Free Spirited has quite a collection of tie dyed shirts! I love the new tie dye socks with the variety of colors. It was easy to order and my order arrived in about a week. Great sale prices!

To be honest, I wasn't expecting too much, because I ordered from Facebook, and I haven't always had a great experience there. But the order came incredible fast, ran true to size, looked nice, and the material wasn't the cheap thin stuff I was expecting. I'll probably order again

I recently bought my first shirt through spirited clothing. It was a great deal with only paying shipping and it was a surprise shirt. The shirt is a beautiful blue and green tie dye. It’s so soft and comfortable. I will be ordering more from them for sure and recommending them to friends and family

I saw some folks reviews , Complaining about the membership fee, they acted surprised.. iT CLEARLY States IN THE Payment PORTAL about the membership. I don't care for that either, one bit. Why is it like that.?
I can say that the tie dyes are high quality.
I would have ordered a nice order. But.... No... I don't like folks messing with my $!!! There is no need for them to advertise a membership. That part definitely bothers me. Just saying. I have to be honest.

I received an immediate response. This was followed by outstanding and personalized assistance in quickly and thoroughly solving the issue to my satisfaction. Abby, the Customer Service Manager, went above and beyond to express care and concern and served as an outstanding representative of this small business with a big heart.
I receive consistent compliments on the very high quality shirt I ordered and I appreciate their pro-social advocacy and support of a non-profit organization focused on women's mental health.

Shirt colors are dull

I’d give a negative score, if possible. I was charged twice for their Free Spirited Insiders membership program at a rate higher than what is posted to their customer service telephone message. Information about the program was NOT on the web page when I submitted payment info and was only listed on the receipt as no charge. When I told the customer service rep that I wanted a refund for both months, I was told that providing me with a refund beyond one month was against their terms of service.

I’m not sure why Free Spirit issues the same response to every message and why they say terms of service are listed all over their website. Enrollment in the Insiders Membership is ONLY listed on the receipt I received AFTER I placed my order. It took some time, but I did get a response and a refund in the form of a visa prepaid card. Not exactly what I want- I’d prefer a refund to my credit card, but better than nothing. Awful experience.

I ordered a mystery tie dye to see the quality of your shirts before ordering more for Christmas gifts. After anxiously awaiting my order, I was super disappointed in the colors my shirt was dyed in, it clearly looks like a shirt for a guy, not a woman.

Valerie is a wonderful customer support rep! She is SO quick to respond, even during after hours/weekends. I'll be honest that at first, I thought she was an AI bot solely because of how lightning fast she was to respond, but I quickly realized she was a real person in my interactions with her because AI could never provide as superb customer service as a human like Valerie, even if it tried. I love the shirts as well! Thank you Valerie and Free Spirited team!
