I would give them a zero if I could! Shoes took over 2 months to arrive and when they did, they were defective. Bubbles on the shoosh and odd circles on the rest of the shoes. I was told to expect a "pristine pair" rather than sending them back. After about 4 emails and no replacement shoes, I asked for a refund (7 or 8 emails) with also no reply. $170 for a pair of shoes my son can't wear. Stay away from this company!!

I ordered a pair of Yeezy for a Christmas gift on 12-13-24. I asked for an update, and they said I should have them in a few days. The shipping tracker never moved for weeks. I canceled this order because it wasn't going to be here in time for Christmas. They told me that I couldn't cancel because the order had been shipped from overseas, the tracking still hasn't changed at this point. I told them that I had ordered another pair from StockX and I received them in 3 days and I didn't want their shoes. The shoes they sold me delivered on 1-14-25, over 30 days from the date of order. I opened the shoes and looked at them compared to the ones from StockX, you could see differences in stitching and the bar code inside the shoe did not work. I sent the shoe to a third party for authentication, and they did not pass. I reported this to PayPay and they would not do anything so I reported them to Adidas. I would not buy anything from these guys!

ordered a pair of shoes. before ordering they were responsive. after I ordered, I tried to return them because they were too small and they ghosted me. there is only an email for assistance but they donot email you back with return instructions. I had to call my credit card company because they never return any emails. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM..THE SHOES ARE SHIPPED FROM OVERSEAS SO IM SURE THEY SELL FAKES

They took forever to ship my shoes and never replied to one of my FIVE emails to customer service. Likely a scam, I am so furious.

Do not buy from these guys. All the products they sell if fake!! Ignore all the messages you hear from other reviewers, they are fake. Trust me and save your money. I bought shoes for my nephew and it took over a month to arrive and next thing I know, they are fake!!

I ordered my sneakers over a month ago, no phone number to speak to anyone and my sneakers STILL have not arrived. When I emailed the contact information given online, they sent me back an auto generated email saying they're taking a break!! The tracking number they gave me says it's still in California... never moved since I ordered the sneakers. I have filed a dispute with PayPal, I suggest you do the same for your refund!! Complete JOKE!

I ordered a pair of sneakers on Dec 27th 2024. The tracking was provided on January 3rd 2025. The tracking stated it was shipping from Jamaica NY. I am about 3-5 hours from Jamaica, NY, so I figured we would have them within a few days. Fast forward 3 weeks and still no shoes. They kept telling me they were shipping from overseas but that is not what the tracking stayed. By the end of the 3rd week, starting the 4th, we finally received the shoes. They are nice, they look real, but my husband is questioning the authenticity of them. I told him he needs to take them to the shoe store to compare to actual Nikes.

Never received my shoes. They was delivered to anther state. This is a fake website. I never right reviews. Fk this place!!

Face it...they ripped me off. NEVER GOT THE SHOES.

Shop hentons uses USPS to ship their shoes. I've been waiting almost 1 month and tracking tells me it's going to be late. So far my son's shoes have made it one state away from hentons home state.
I contacted them and they made excuses.
Do yourself a favor and buy from another company

They sell fake name brand shoes and then expect you only return shipping overseas to return. DO NOT BUY

THE TRACKING HASN'T CHANGED OR ANYTHING, I'VE REACHED OUT TO THE COMPANY AT LEAST 15-20 TIMES THROUGH EMAIL, THE LAST 5 ASKING FOR REFUND. THE EMAILED ME BACK PROBABLY 4 MAYBE 5 TIMES AND EVERY TIME ITS THE SAME THING PLEASE BE PATIENT GIVE A LITTLE MORE TIME. I'M SORRY IT DOESN'T TAKE A MONTH TO SHIP A PAIR OF SHOES FROM NY TO AL. SO, I REACHED OUT TO PAYPAL BECAUSE THAT'S HOW THEY TOOK THE PAYMENT, PAYPAL REACHED OUT TO THEM AND THE SENT PAYPAL THE SAME TRACKING AND SAID ITS IN TRANSIT. SO, I GOT IN TOUCH WITH PAYPAL AGAIN TODAY ABOUT THIS, AND THE PERSON I SPOKE WITH SAW THAT THE TRACKING HASN'T CHANGED SINCE DEC. 22ND AND AGREED THAT FROM NY TO AL IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN TO ME 3-4 TIMES ALREADY SO SHE ESCALATED MY CLAIM, BASICALLY TELLING ME I WILL BE REFUNDED AND NOW THIS BUSINESS IS UNDER INVESTIGATION BECAUSE I TOLD PAYPAL I DON'T WANT ANYONE ELSE TO HAVE TO GO THROUGH THIS. Very bad quality products, nothing as advertised and poor customer support. I bought two sarees and couldn’t even get store credit for return as the parcel got stuck in transit and it apparently crossed the time frame for returns. The delivery itself took over 2 weeks which is the same as time frame for return. Its a scam, don’t order from this site.

I had made an online order with Shop Ethnos. Prices were geniun and they do great job with photo editing. Because proudcts shown on the website look nothing like we get in person. Quality wise very cheap, cheap fabric used, laces on the outfits are so old school. Don't even want to talk about stiching. I tried contacting them but no response. They have seen my messages but don't have the courtesy to reply back. Don't waste your money. I will be posting review on my Ig and TIKTOK too.

Most people who file bankruptcy on their business is not worth buying from. This business is a scam and a fraud. The owner has had multiple fail fly by night scam operations that last for about 3 months. That’s a shame that you can’t do business with slow people. If I could give you a double zero I would. Y’all save your money and just go to a place that have quality items and excellent service because this idiot is not it!!!

Update: I’m sorry you have me confused I’m not your wife. My name is Missy Townsend and I order products from you a while back. Sorry to hear about your divorce but that does not excuse you from poor business. My husband has been during business with you a few months ago and he like the service but when I order my products the merchandise was all messed up. So I am an investigator here in Tennessee so I don’t have a problem looking people up and their character. I will pray for your healing and redirections so if you truly want to be successful in your business product better merchandise from your vendors.

I would love it if you put more effort into checking if the order is correct before shipment and if an item is low in stock or is being exchanged for something similar I would like it if I were given a heads up before hand! I have recently received the wrong item in the mail and I am waiting for a response from customer service. Other than that I am quite satisfied with this website and I will be using it more often in the future!
