I echo what 99% of the people wrote about this company and their products. In the main skirt of the dress I ordered there is a dark black spot the size of a dime. I have disputed charges credit card.

Good luck everyone. Do not purchase. I received today, May 19th, but placed the order in early March.

If i could give it zero stars i would. The price is way too high for the horrific quality. I got earrings that were fine but i got two pairs of boots that look like plastic. Nothing like the pictures and i cant even get my feet into them. Horrible store do not buy from here !!

I wish I could give them 0 stars. I have been waiting for a top that I paid for in February. They constantly give me different reasons why I haven't received it. At one point they said it had been lost & they would send it again but when I tracked the shipping there was no sign of a new shipment. Then they said the delays were due to the corona virus...which if they had said so from the beginning I might have understood but after all their other flimsy excuses this one didn't seem believable. Now when I go to my account there is no sign of my order. I asked for a refund. Of course I haven't heard from them. I am going to complain to Mastercard. Meanwhile they send me e-mails with new offers almost every day What a joke. Don't get scammed.

Really a lousy site to order from! It takes forever to get the goods home. Often it is also the fault of the item that eventually pops into the mailbox! Jag beställde I början av Januari och har fortfarande inte fått hem det jag har betalat för!

commande faite il y a trois mois ,jamais reçu ,comme par hasard le colis s'est perdu 2 fois je devrais avoir un numéro de suivi aprés le soi disant troisième envoi mais rien ,je vais faire une demande de remboursement même si je sais que rien n'arrivera ,ni le colis ,ni le remboursement ,en plus le site est en MAINTENANCE ,si j'avais regardé les avis avant

If negative star rating was an option, I would select that. I ordered from this company, and after several weeks learned that my “Package was lost in the mail...and the dress color I ordered was sold out. I selected another color combo, and couldn’t be more dissatisfied. The colors in person are awful, and the item is poorly sewn at the waistline (exposed thread on the outside of the garment. I waited almost 60 days for this disappointment. Will donate the cheaply made item. Never again will I shop here. Lesson learned.

Does not even deserve one star. Worst online shopping experience I have ever had. Ordered 2 dresses, paid for express shipping,as I wanted them for a trip. Items were not here after I returned from trip. I emailed several times to cancel order, but always got different excuses why items were not here. They arrived after 2 months and what a disappointment! Fabric is sooo cheap looking, nothing what the picture looks like. DO NOT BUY FROM THAT COMPANY!!!

It was a Canadian website address and address linked to the site so I thought it was safe. Nope. Items (5) ordered January 29th first item arrived the end of March second one April 25. Who knows if the rest will arrive. Handful of emails to customer service gets generic replies asking me to wait 2-3 more weeks. They refuse to return my money but offer 5%off?! Save your money, not worth the hassle. The other reviews are correct the clothes are cheap and don’t fit right. Definitely not what’s in the pictures.

NOTE 0. J'ai malheureusement moi aussi une expérience horrible et frauduleuse de cette entreprise! La pire qualité jamais vue et depuis 4 mois, courriel sur courriel, je tente de me faire rembourser les vêtements achetés et même une robe en tricot jamais reçue!!! Je n'ai plus aucune nouvelle d'eux (toujours signé de la même fausse personne 'Joy') depuis le 10 avril. Silence radio. J'ai réussi a avoir une adresse en chine, pour retourner les vêtements et me suis fait dire que lorsqu'ils les auraient reçus, je serais remboursé. Par contre, pour la robe jamais reçue depuis le 14 décembre 2019: silence radio! FRAUDE. Je vais envoyer une mise en demeure. On verra bien!

I should have known. It has taken nearly two months so far and nothing. It is yet another Chinese clothing company. They even spelled the website wrong so the penny should have dropped. The tracking number doesn't work so I have emailed and asked for a full refund.

Wish I could give no stars. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE. Another chinese rip off. Never had an experience like this before. Took months to get one of the two items I ordered. The sweater I did receive was garbage. Terrible quality. Please save your time and money.

Don't buy from this company! its horrible, i paid a high price for crap, nothing at all like the photo, a sweater was made of t-Shirt fabric and a linen shirt made of plastic! 2 sizes too small. I'm going to return as soon as possible, i wish i would have looked at the reviews first!

Buyer beware. I have a story to tell about ShopingNova. Pictures look way, way better than merchandise is. Terrible quality fabrics, cheapest possible. Nothing like they appear. You don't get email from them, you don't get an invoice or even a packing slip inside package, so there is no info on how to return! I bought 5 items, $122, and one was supposed to be a colorful long-sleeve flowy knit wrap, but the package when it arrived, about a month later, was so small I couldn't imagine my 5 items were inside - but they were! Each was just totally poor quality. (Crap -- Flimsy/thin/see-through fabrics) So I returned the package to the only address I had -- as return address in TINY print on orig label -- a Dept 79 in South San Francisco, CA. And then nothing -- I tracked package, "refused, return to sender" but it didn't come back. With help from my own PO, I found package was at S SF PO, but their phone is disconnected and another phone number just rings with nobody answering. So I did a 'lost package search'. A guy at the S SF Post office called 4 days ago to tell me that the company vacated that building, and packages have been piling up there at the PO since BEFORE the holidays! He said "there are literally thousands of packages" and they can't sort/return them, haven't the manpower. He said they'll probably have to hire outside help to get these thousands of packages back to those who have sent them there. And IF that happens, they will do the earlier ones before the later ones...so chances of my getting the package back in the future to be able to send it to China are slim to nil. Like I said, Shopingnova puts effort into photography for their website, but not in the manufacturing, so don't believe the pictures! Notice they offer almost nothing in description of fabric/fabric content. I've mail-ordered all my life, I'm 64, and I have never seen such awful quality. Clearly, Shopingnova doesn't stand behind their merchandise--no paper trail, uses a bogus return address--and it's one-way only. They don't want it back -- and customers are stuck! I've learned my lesson! Take heed!

Still waiting for my order for a month! have e-mailed them twice asking for refund! No reply! Don't shop with them! they stole my money! Over $100!

Quality is terrible. Does not fit. They want me to measure and take photographs of item before allowing return. Took over a month to receive, but was charged right away. SCAM! Beware. I will contact Pinterest and PayPal about them.

I ordered a knitted dress, and got one TOTALLY DIFFERENT than shown in the picture. They tried everything, to make me keep it, but I only wanted my money and the postage refunded.
When I wrote, I was going to give them bad reviews and contact customers protection firm, then they brought up the return policy, which is only 14 days. They might as well have brought me shoes, and still I would have to pay the postage refund.

DO NOT BUY!

This site is untrustworthy. Firstly, they told me my transaction failed and when I ordered again they charged me twice. I sent their poor quality items back, costing me $52 and they have not reimbursed me.
Very dodgy. Be ware!

This site advertises on PINTEREST so I thought it might be ok. I ordered a jumper and it never arrived (lost in post they said) but by paying by PAYPAL I got my money back. The site did reply to all my emails and did refund my money but this may be because of PAYPAL.
I wouldn't order from them again thou.

Glad I read these reviews before I pressed "buy" because I had doubts, but read their return policy and thought they were legit, and then I read these reviews and I'm NOT buying!!
