Customer service is very attentive and certainly works ti take advantage of all the features. Still discovering all the features.

I paid them for an annual subscription , was not able to verify their numbers for 3 months, Once I started to pay attention I realized the system is flawed. Willing submitted all sales report etc to work in line to rectify the errors in order to get the data right.
Seems they want to consider even the sales report given . I asked for a refund and they come up with some stupid calculation and want to refund $144 for the $700 I paid.
Scam ALRET! it is intensive work to calculate profits , they promise but their numbers are not right when you really go into details. I checked repots I have since 3 months ago and even those numbers do not add up to what their system shows.

Love the customer support experience. Almost instantaneous responses. One thing that could use some work is the features, which are somewhat lacking still. However, I do understand that this program is still in the beta stages. I am eager to see how this app continues to improve still. I wish the team the best of luck!

The App is Glitchy and notifications will work for a while then randomly stop working. Micheal, admin responds in Spanish even though I don't speak spanish. Not worth $20 / Month.

Shopkeeper is a BI dashboard that will give its users a full understanding of what is happening in their Amazon business in real-time.
After a few months of trying cheaper alternative software, I can say with full confidence that while Shopkeeper is more expensive, it provides the extra value and justifies the premium price tag as it is clearly the best of its kind in the market!

Unlike other services that need around 24 hours to pull the data and calculate it - Shopkeeper is always up to date as it pulls the data every 10 minutes.
I found that it's much more accurate than other services when it comes to stock calculation, fees, etc.
( which is kind of the whole point...)
Another positive is the excellent customer service provided by Michael who always got back to me with any question within a matter of hours.

This is a great software, all you need to keep your sales organized I 100% recommend it

I utilized the free trial, learning more about Shopkeeper. As I learned more about it, I knew it would fit it well with my Amazon business. I am very happy with Shopkeeper and the 2 times I have had questions, I received a very speedy response.

Great program, better than all the other Amazon analytics programs. Adding a map showing location of each sale real time would improve this app along with allowing a feature to turn off the Amazon Fulfillment fee all at once for FBM sellers. Lastly, adding ebay, walmart and shopify integration would make this app a game changer!

Shopkeeper is a great product and Michael is the best at helping people understand and use the product. I personally have asked him at least 10 questions and he has always gotten back to me with answers and insight.

Hello, when I registered, everything went well, also for the information, but when I want to delete my account, it is impossible and nobody answers my messages. This is 100% anti-sales.

El calculo de amazon fba me lo hace mal, debido a que amazon me cobra más de lo que shopkeeper me escribe. Por ello no recomiendo la aplicación ya que no es útil.

This is an indispensable tool for all Amazon sellers. With all of the different charges and moving parts, I had never been able to tell if we were really profitable on Amazon until I started using this tool.

We were selling a lot and our ACOS and TACOS was reasonable but my bank account kept shrinking. Once I saw ALL of the fees from Amazon, I determined we were actually LOSING money and why.

Shopkeeper gave me the data and the insights to make the necessary changes so we can finally be profitable on Amazon. INDISPENSABLE!
