Love the mobile interface.

By far and away the best product in the market. And I’ve tried all of them. None compre in terms of ease of use, visualizations, accuracy, customer service and features.

The only thing I’d like to see more of is a PPC-centric section to monitor over/under investment, ACoS and Total ACoS (including all sales, not just PPC-attributed).

Great product and easy to use. I basically put all my expenses and accounting figures in the tool and it gives me all the requeired financial statistics required to handle my business(Margins, ROI, Sales Trends, Restocking levels). GREAT PRODUCT.

Excellent accounting software. Wish I found it sooner!

Shopkeeper is by far one of the best tools for Amazon private label sellers. It is so easy to use and its also fun hearing the KA-CHING! when you make a sale. All of my inventory planning, revenue, profit, PPC costs, monthly trends and numbers are all in one place. I absolutely love it and Paulina is AMAZING at what she does. Always there to help and constantly making Shopkeeper better every month!

A tool that is just as indispensable as it is addictive.

I tested some other tools such as shopkeeper and it is really the once that gave me the most satisfaction. So yes there are still things to improve, yes there are things to add but the team works on it.

Special mention to customer service who is very responsive and quickly added a function I had submitted.

4.5 if I had the choice. Overall, a great tool with functions. Best of all to track all costs, even storage fees with awesome support!

Hoped it support multiple users.
More detailed inventory forecast as when it will run out, inbound date, when to order by, etc...

I thought AMZ in AMZPing stands for Amazon but I was wrong. It stands for "amazingly addictive"!

I check it 20-40x every day just to make sure sales are where they should be. It's the quickest way to tell if something is wrong because I can immediately see that sales are not coming in.

Pauline, the founder is awesome. Whenever I have a question she always replies within a few hours.

Overall, big fat 5 stars. Definitely one of my favorite apps to spend money on!

I love how powerful it is - you can track inventory, orders, run detailed sales reports, and connect multiple sales channels all in one application.

However unlike other software, PPC costs & Promo costs are very slow to update.

If these 2 things are fixed, then they’d be the best.

Great layout and easy to use template. I also love how friendly the staff is and how they are so willing to assist with all of my concerns. My only suggestion would be to provide the option to print out a profit/loss sheet. This option would help with tax and accounting purposes. Other than that I am in love with this. I tried fetcher initially but switched to this because of the great customer service and all the amenities this app offers. The only thing I miss about fetcher is the p/l statement.
