Do NOT do business with these people. I should have read the reviews first. The curling iron did not warm sufficient for my hair type. Immediately followed instructions to request a return. Took them several days at which point they just asked more questions, like what do you mean it does not heat? I responded. It’s getting close to 30 days and still no other response or return instructions. FALSE advertising. This company deserves the biggest fat zero possible.

Ordered a hummingbird feeder. Looked absolutely nothing like the picture. Complete joke. Quality extremely poor. The feeding bulb was supposed to be stained type glass. It’s plastic and so cheap.

I purchased a curling iron, but on receipt found that it didn't heat properly, so didn't use it, simply reached out the store to address. They asked me to send them a video of me using it to demonstate it didn't heat, which I did, they then told me I couldn't return it for health and safety reasons, as it had been used.

I disputed with my credit card, and eventually supplier said they'd refund 75% if I withdrew the dispute, which I did, and they have not responded since. This has gone on since August 2025.

I was going to buy the "UltraFix" Waterproof Agent but my attention was caught by the small quantity of product 1.06 oz / 30 gr for the $ 30 discounted price not even if I was buying gold! So I checked the online reviews and got confirmation that the company seems to be unreliable starting with the fact that the picture showing UltraFix in a reasonably sized bucket is misleading. I will NOT buy their product.

If I could give zero stars, I would. The item I purchased (hummingbird feeder) is 100% not as advertised. Rather than a glass feeder, it is the most hideous (and smelly) plastic. Shoplari is like Shein - just total crap.

Shoplari gives no reason to trust them ever again. This SCAM is hardly worth their time and effort it is done so poorly. I paid “half price” ($30) for each of two sets of metallic watercolor paint sets; not only are 8 out of 25 colors missing in each set, but each paint square is about the size of my thumb nail! If you are going to rip people off why bother making a product at all? How disgusting to disrespect customers AND small businesses during the holiday.

Product was poorly made not what I spent 32 dollars on and they responded back 2 times via email with the same wording as the first . Karma fairy will get you

Complete and utter scam. advertised a plush animal that was animated with cuddle for people with anxiety. Instead of what i paid for - i get a cheap looking non animated stuffed animal that you could win for 50 cents at a carnival. Crap quality, nothing like what they claim is being sold- rip you off on shipping, size is smaller than illustrated - start to finish a complete and utter waste of time and money. Its a doorstop without the weight - not a animated stuffed animal for people with anxiety. I really looked forward to giving this to my daughter away at college. Now- garbage.

Ordered the 2 in 1 hair curler when it arrived the plunge was faulty. contacted customer services to ask for a refund by email they got back to me saying a replacement was on its way even though I had ask for a refund in the 30 day time period again the plug was faulty .sent numerous emails and photos asking for a refund but nothing has come back from them which makes me think that this is a scam sight

If I could give it 0 stars - I would! I ordered something in June and still haven’t received it. I have emailed numerous times and have gotten 0 responses! Don’t order from them. Total scam!!

I ordered the set of 12 metallic watercolours and then noticed that the set of 20 were better value and ordered those too with the intention of returning the set of 12. I immediately emailed Shoplari and asked if my order for the set of 12 could be cancelled and money refunded. I was told that my orders had already been processed but they had a 30 day refund policy and that I could return them within that timeframe for a refund.
When I received the paints they were a lot smaller than I expected. I emailed Shoplari asking if I could return the set of 12 for a refund but they replied that they would not be able to refund me with the following response:

“As we mentioned previously, products that are considered hygienic are not eligible for return. The set of metallic watercolors is classified as a hygienic product, and therefore, we are unable to accept it for a return or provide a full refund.”
I am extremely annoyed with this company as I did not receive anything to say that the product could be used on skin. Avoid buying anything from these rogues!!

Deliberately avoiding responsibilities under Distance Selling Regulations and claiming exemption. Waste of time dealing with a company that has zero interest in customer reviews.

The item is missing parts, I ordered a set of colours for painting and I received less than half of what I ordered, I only have the yellows and the oranges but missing the blues, the greens and the purple.
The set was quite expensive and I feel I received a 1/10th of what I paid.
I wish I read the reviews before I ordered it.

Well, first off, after reading the reviews, I now realize I've probably been scammed. I did order a Curling Iron but I never received one. The order said 7 days, but It's been well over 2 weeks. I keep sending e mails but never hear anything, so it's my loss, but I will try my hardest to warn people.

Wish I would have seen these reviews before I ordered. Got a curling iron and it doesn’t curl my hair at all. Trying to get a hold of the company. They don’t print their contact info anywhere on the box or on the order… I know why… I went back to me email where the order was confirmed and emailed them and hoping they respond. Ugh!

I do not recommend this site. It took about a month for my order to arrive. When I finally received my order, it was incomplete. Items were missing. I tried “contacting them” which by the way there is no number only an email. I have sent multiple emails & not a single reply. Now I’m stuck with an incomplete order and not being able to get my money back. Do not order from Shoplari.

Nothing they state in their terms and conditions regarding refunds is correct. I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing as every negative review regarding receivng a full refund is correct. They offered 30% refund for the hair wand, (which is unopened and in it's original packaging) They state they do not accept returns as it is a 'hygiene product' and therefore cannot give full refund.
When I refused to accept a 50% refund, there has been no engagement with customer service. Save yourselves a wasted experience and shop elsewhere!

Terrible company
I bought a heated eyelash curler- nothing like the advert and does not work at all. I told them and they have refused to give my money back and will only give 50%. A con company and don’t be fooled by the adverts - they’re not true

A con company, based in AMERICA. Therefore it is not liable to UK law, and gets away with scamming people of their hard earned cash. Bought 'Miracle cleaner' which was nothing like the advert and cleaned nothing!! It was mainly water! Only 50% refund offered. so half of what they turnover is retained for nothing!! Everyone could scam like this and destroy trade. Is this the sort of company that Makes America Great Again??????

I would not give this company any stars if I could. I ordered a product, buy 1 get 1 free that were tester sizes and was advertised completely different to what they were. They advertised if you were not happy you would receive your money back guaranteed until that was my case and then they stated after going via PayPal that it was a hygiene product and I could not return it???? They were foam cleaners that did not work and contained water only! I did receive a full refund via PayPal but please STAY AWAY FROM THEM. THEY ARE A SCAM COMPANY!!
