The company is very deceptive ,my experience was horrible from the beginning I ordered the product and it was a month before i received it and then the product itself was no good. It was a complete waist of money and then they tricked me and with my order I was unknowningly signed up for a monthly subscription. The patches did not even adhere to my skin.

I’ve been scammed! I made a one off purchase in January and received that purchase of the eye patches. Patches made no difference but that was a gamble and not concerned. The big scam is ongoing monthly charges to my credit card which I’ve just noticed 22.99 USD for last 3 months. I contacted them to be told it’s VIP membership. There was no mention of this when I placed my order. I’ve paid almost $100 for 12 useless eye patches!!!

100% scam. unauthorized automatic sign up for a VIP Membership that allows you to buy more products. but has zero value. at 40$ a month.

The order took two months to come then a charge showed up on my credit card and when I called she said it was for a membership that o never signed up for. She would only credit 50%. That’s stealing from honest people!

I am 61 years old and ordered Novalift eye patches but received “Novabliss” eye patches and can tell no improvement.

Novalift is a scam. I bought one product one time. I specifically did not sign up for a subscription. No where on my order does it say subscription. They don’t answer the phone. SCAMMERS

I had the same bad experience as others. I am being charged for a VIP membership that I didn't request. I have been given the run-around for the past 2 months regarding my cancellation request. I had to contact my bank to reverse the charges. Horrible experience.

This company is a scam. The product was ineffective and actually irritated my skin. Further, the directions on the packaging versus the directions on the card that came in the box were different
so that was confusing. I threw the product away after trying it twice. Then the following month I got hit with a $39.99 charge on my bank statement. I called them and they said it’s for this made up access to different discounts. None which the rep could verbalize. Then she tried to give me back half of my money for literally nothing in return and when I asked to speak with a manager, she suddenly was willing to give me my 100% refund. Terrible business practices. Total scam. Stay away. By the way, this is the first bad review I’ve ever given; that’s how strongly I feel about this.

I ordered 1 product from novalift a month ago, and when I attempted to cancel their "auto-renew" subscription plan, the website would not load the cancellation page, sketchy enough. So I found another way online to contact them and cancel any and all subscriptions, only to see today I've been charged another$38.99. I called the customer service number and was once again told t the subscription has been cancelled but I was only entitled to get back 30% of the total charged bc I had .
use of the vip service, to which I replied, that's complete nonsense and a total scam. Now I see here that this is part of how this company routinely conducts business. Buyers beware!!

Worst shopping experience EVER.

The patches are awful.
They told me they gonna refund me.... But.... They charged me twice, instead !!!!

Total Scam shysters. Eye patches arrived after a month with no packaging or directions and no serum in the micro needle patches. Called company to complain and return. Lady kept talking and would not accept return. Then charges appeared on credit card the next month. Called again and was told I had a subscription???? For nothing. Canceled any subscription verbally. Same charge the next month…same circus re subscription.

They do not deserve any stars.

This is what I wrote to them. They replied with a very nice AI email which made me sick.

“I do not wish to belong to any VIP membership. I have never requested this. I will expose you for the scammers that you are. How dare you take money without permission? I have cancelled my credit card and, as angry as I am about the money you have taken, I would rather cut my losses. Be assured I will spread the word about your disgusting and dishonest practices as widely as I can. You are disgraceful.”

Novalift continued to charge my credit card without my approval to receive additional orders after the initial one. I believe, perhaps. maybe I have cancelled the membership according to a confirmation I received on their website. But no email of cancellation.
Besides the product not working they are not a professional organization.

This company is so dishonest and has such poor customer service. Not only did i not receive their product, but without realizingi was being charged for. ViP membership for 3 months, eithout me even benefiting or purchasing anything. When i called to cancel membership, they did not assist at all. I had to figure it out and cancel on my own . Please do not be deceived like me.

Just noticed I have been getting charged for some stupid eye product I did not subscribe to. Once last month and another this month. I never usually check my credit card bills because I don't use them. Now I will have to. This is blatant fraud and I just reported it to my bank and requested an investigation.

Absolutely horrible experience. They say I signed up for the VIP memebership but I did not. I have emailed (talked) to Caleb and Lucy and they both say I am getting a refund but nothing. They said they cancelled my memebership but yet I keep getting charged. Had to get my credit card company to dispute and hopefully block future purchases. I don't know what eles to so but request a new card so they can no longer charge me.

Recieved patches and they are horrible, hard, dried up. Customer service is horrible. Was charged for a subscription that is not an option. Just another money grab, time wasted, scam. Navigating to cancel subscription- impossible- and prevent future charges. How do this companies continue to scam people and get away with it? Stay away from this scammer.

Do not purchase from this company. They continue to take money out of my account on a monthly basis. I did one purchase and I’m still having deductions months later with no products. It is hard to stop them.

Wish I could give it Zero stars. I have been scammed ,
I tried novalift under my eyes and it took my skin off!
I feel so ignorant This product is dangerous at least for me it actually ripped some skin off under my eye

Buyer be ware

SCAM. Unauthorised charges. They keep charging me despite only ordering one product purchase. Very overpriced for not many eye patches which are ineffective. If you have made a purchase with them, I recommend blocking your bank card/account and reporting NOVALIFT BEAUTY SHERIDAN USA
