I used to use this company before, but lost the will due to a lot of hospital appointments and in- hospital problems.
I have used Blue Magic a lot before and so had my daughter, she thinks is better than slid bread,(As saying goes).
As regards of the channel ShopOnTV, I will be following that program from now on.

Excellent product and service

Purchase made & confirmed in 5th July. 5to7 days shipping!! Still waiting on product. Emailed a few times with no update asked for refund ladt week and still waiting. I wouldn't recommend this website to anyone. No communication poor customer service!!

No negatives. Ordered online and was dispatched and received quicker than I anticipated. Product received as expected and works a treat as they said on TV! Would most certainly order again and recommend to anyone. I ordered blue magic...top quality and really does remove those stains!

The TV and online advertising for 100% silk pillows led me to buy. As soon as I opened them I could tell they were not the usual Mulberry Silk quality. The leaflet included states they are silk lined and polyester filled. This is not what is advertised. I have asked to return them but before told it’s not possible as I unzipped them from the packaging. Seriously unimpressed.

Ordered exactly 2 weeks ago and still not received. It has been with Evri for over a week waiting for delivery.

Rubbish I’ll never shop on your channel again never delivered packages together and product is no where as good as you show on telly. Altogether customer service rubbish as well

Bought the Shark Vacuum cleaner through shop on TV. Functions and cleaning of the product was absolutely spot on, and to be honest the best Vacuum cleaner I have ever bought, previously was a dyson which annoyingly just blew the dust everywhere. Not so with the Shark Vacuum. Excellent 10/10

Microfiber cloths arrived in a couple days via royal mail. Still waiting for my pink magic which I believe is being delivered by Evri who are total waste of time why am I still waiting please start sending everything via royal mail or more reliable delivery service it’s now 22/7/26 order placed on the 9/7/26

The watch is first class it came with a free pen which looks the part, but largely irrelevant. Back to the watch, it’s beautiful in design and for once these enough pin holes in the lovely leather strap to fit me without faffing. Another great deal from ShopTv
