There is Punjabi boy and girl at reception 13th Jan 2026, time 2:35. They were talking into there language so that’s why I know that they are from punjab.

I went at reception table with item name burst’s bees scrub there was tag 50% off on it. So I gave her product. She checked it out and ask me who put this sticker on. I said how do I know and she said sometime people put the sticker on own it own. Ok so what. And she keep checking sticker. And still I was standing there waiting her to scan item. And that boy supported her and he said, yes people sometimes put the sticker on. Still I was waiting but then I realized that I don’t want me to give that product. I felt so humiliating, racism and insulting so I left without product.

And I went back to ask her name I politely asked , if you mind can I ask your name. She said I am not gonna give you my name. I felt insulting again and the boy was still there for her support.

Worst experience in my whole life. I felt abused. I reviewed on there page but they didn’t answer. I was hoping they take some serious action.

I’m very disappointed with my recent experience at Sunridge Shoppers Pharmacy. We dropped off prescriptions for both my husband and myself. When we returned the next day, my husband’s medication was ready, but mine was missing.
The staff took about 40–45 minutes trying to find my prescription, and during that time it felt like they didn’t believe that I had dropped mine off as well. Their attitude made the situation uncomfortable and frustrating, as if the mistake was being questioned instead of addressed.
A pharmacy should be organized, responsible, and respectful, especially when it comes to patients’ medications. Unfortunately, this experience did not reflect that, and I hope they improve their communication and handling of prescriptions in the future.

A gift for my daughter, purchased online, needed to be returned. My error in mistakenly discarding the return label as the stores will not refund an item, even with proof of purchase, without this label. OK, again my mistake. I contacted online customer service for a replacement label and was told "no problem it will be emailed to you in 4 to 6 days". A bit long to send an email but fine, my error to begin with. After 3 more phones calls with very polite customer service support people full of apologies etcetera still no label. We are now 2 weeks out and I still cannot return my item . I have over $100 worth of points on this invoice as well. In this era of technology I find this quite ridiculous. I'll keep trying for the label and shop in person ONLY. SDM tech is slow and unreliable.

Seton Shoppers Pharmacy in Calgary has the worst customer service ever. We have been with them for over 12 years and now we decided to switch to another location. We complained many times to the pharmacist owner but nothing changed, and they don't seem to care. Don't go there, you will wait and waste your time with their rude, disorganized staff.

Gotta love a store , that sells medications for obesity, high cholesterol, type 2 diabetes , but has two full isles of junk foods, junk food cereals , and processed frozen food freezers always stocked up . Yup, take the meds for all that ails you . And if the junk goods don’t kill you , their price gouging will .

Bought some Tylenol with codeine and later found out I can get the same size and strength for 1/3 the price at Walmart in Canada

Hidden fees.cost 98.40 to disperse 8 medication for 2 weeks for a senior. The same cost to disperse a months worth of medication.we requested 1/2 medication in bottles and half in blister pack due to Christmas.They expect her to pay an additional $130 for the blister pack . $260 for 1 1/2 months medication???? They said disperse fee is 12.30 per medication. She is paying 116.00 and 98.40 is disperse fee????? $17.60 worth of Medicine??? This is how our seniors are treated. Do better Loblaws and shoppers!!!!!This is the reason seniors choose between food and medicine

Shopper Drug Mart in South Surrey ( #2263) The staff member at the pharmacy was absolutely rude. She had terrible communication skills which clearly left her frustrated and escalated her terrible customer service. I would not want her as my front line employee who is greeting and dealing with customers. First and last time using this pharmacy. If I could give it zero stars I would. I highly recommend going somewhere else.

If I could rate a zero, I would. Worst customer online service. Placed an order Nov 28, 2025. Missing 14 items of a 17 items order. Emailed, called, got escalated twice. Keep on hearing that someone will get back to me in 48 hours. BS. This is incredibly a nightmare, worst ever. Never do online ordering from Shoppers Drug Mart. When calling customer service, be preparing on waiting a very long time before someone pick up. So frustrated, they don't care. It's now been 1 month and still nothing. What a disgrace.

This is for the shoppers at Bolton and Brampton. Disgusting how they treat people. Not all the employees just the pharmacist. They get annoyed when you need help. I had to run around for a whole day trying to get my life saving medication filled and all they had to do was send a simple fax to my doctor. Which they did 24 hours after I called 40 times. Each time the pharmacist helped me less and less. No hello no good by just mhm and hung up. I am transferring all my prescriptions to rexall I don’t k ow what’s in the water at shoppers drug mart pharmacy’s but seriously fix it. These are human being dependent on you for help. It’s your job otherwise get another one. Sincerely another disappointed human being to another.

If I could give less than 1 star I would!, absolutely horrible customer service! We walked inside 20mins before closing time and the cosmetics person had already left we waited and waited until 10pm security came to say “we are closed. We told them we were waiting and all they said was “there is nothing we can do!” Clearly the staff is leaving before closing time and there was more customers inside waiting to get help!. Rude !

I understand it’s a busy season but I suggest you don’t use their online ordering. The delivery company they use is terrible. They delivered my order to the wrong address and I could not reach the delivery people as they turned their phone off. I called shoppers support and after waiting 2 hours to talk to someone 3 weeks later I still have no order and a charge on my visa for an order I never got. Called again today and waited over an hour and was told it still needs to be reviewed and investigated. So all the items I ordered for Xmas presents won’t arrive. I am beginning to wonder if I will even get my money back.
Too many things have gone wrong over the past few months. This order, pharmacy, issues, being judged by the way I look (security called on me several times) I have never stolen a thing in my life. I have tattoos and I know this is the reason. If I wear a sweater covering them I have no problems but if they are showing security is always called.
It’s time to find another way to get the items I need. Maybe London Drugs?!

Very bad first experience ordering online. After 2 weeks not receiving the order I called them after waiting close to 2 hours on hold to talk to customer service found out that what I order and paid for it it was out of stock there for I won’t receive it at all. Very very very pooooor job from shoppers drug mart

I was thirsty so I stopped in at SDM for a small bottle of Pepsi. They charged me $4.20 ! What a rip off!

You order, they take your money, use the worse shipping company Dragonfly and then you are on your own. No delivery. Impossible to get in touch with Dragonfly or Shoppers.
NEVER again . I am so discussed I will use my points then Bye Bye Shoppers. Lots more pharmacy’s around.

My experience was great at shoppers drugs mart at 1 kennedy her name was Rav B she is very professional and helpful thank you so much for great service.

Ended up with severe shoulder issues following covid vaccination 4 weeks ago. Now on pain meds,going to physio twice a week. Believe this is called Sirva, shoulder injury related vaccine administration. It wasn't given properly and this can last for months. Never have I been this sore, can't use this arm, hurts constantly.

I have been a customer of Shoppers Drug Mart at Walkely and Bank Street for almost 30 years, I have always waited days to get my meds and I prepared for that, yesterday was different I got oral surgery and I needed the prescription before the anesthesia worn off and pain will be intolerable, I explained this to the pharmacy team, he said we are very busy go to another pharmacy where they can give it to you faster I said why? This has been my pharmacy for so many years, its only a few pills (20) , could you make an exception due to my situation, he said NO if you want come back in a couple of hours I might have it ready then. With so much pain I took tylenol and advil so I did not go to get it , too late!
My point is can they be a bit more empathetic and have more consideration , I don’t want to have a VIP treatment but as a Senior, after dental surgery and asking him to do that great favour, Its just so incredible the coldness of treatment and a pharmacy and is not for free either!

Often go to Shoppers Drug Mart on 647 Earl Armstrong Road and the cashier, Linda Perera is always helpful, ready to greet you with a smile and lean you in the right direction to find your products.

I will be travelling abroad this evening so around 6 AM in the morning I was welcomed to fill out all forms and consent for covid vaccine on the website of 13070 Yonge st.(location closest to me) for walk in. I got there around 10AM and a guy at the pharmacy told me there is no vaccine for walk ins. I was upset and asked him why then the website said walk in is available. All of a sudden he responded aggressively “seems like you are going to cause trouble” in complete rudness. I asked to speak with the manager but was told that he only comes in on Mondays. So I spoke with someone whose office door was marked “ pharmacy owner” and explained the humiliating way I was treated by the pharmacy staff.
