I ordered a bell sleeve blouse and got a button up top, nothing like I ordered, probably won't hear back from them, disappointed very much.

I was very disappointed with my item.(coat) It looked very cheaply made. As well waited a very long time to receive it.

I received a top that I did NOT order. They sent me an email asking for a picture. I sent a picture of the wrong item and a picture of what I ordered. Now they won't acknowledge the email or what they plan to do about sending me my correct order.

That company is a liar and a thief. I ordered and received 5 tops that were so cheap ill fitting suppose to be the same size but were all different sizes I returned these tops the next day 152$ and Shannon with the company said they were not received which is a lie because I called the priority mail number and it said received at the front desk. So I am out 152$ because of this sorry company that should be put out of business the credit card company won’t except just the mailing slip. DO NOT BUY FEOM THIS COMPANY YOU WILL BE VERY DISAPPOINTED

I ordered 4 items. Never even got one of the items. They refunded me for that item. Of the items I did get, one shirt was way too small (sized for a child, not a plus size woman), and the other was way too large. They wouldn't accept a return of the order. Best they could do was to refund half of my money and told me to keep the items. Like I could even wear them. I will have to donate the items. I won't ever shop here again. BUYER BEWARE. AND I'm out half my money. If I could leave less than 1 star, I would.

Worst company on the planet. They are not the southern boutique they’re a bogus Chinese company. Watch the website you go on and don’t confuse them with the other place. This company says they’re in Tennessee but they’re not. It took more then a month to get my order and it is such crap I wouldn’t even donate it. They’re return policy is bogus since they don’t disclose that the customer is responsible for shipping nor do they say they’re in China. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. The sizing is for a child not a woman and again the material of all the items is disgusting. They offered a 60% refund and without my approval automatically gave it to me. I will be contacting my credit card company as this is Freud

I placed an order only to have to wait weeks for a shipment that now cannot be tracked using the provided tracking number. No response from email contact for updates on tracking or for a refund. Now I realize the website still has 2022 dated information. Scam alert!

I ordered what looked like a gorgeous green velvet blouse. It arrived a couple of weeks later, wadded up in a plastic ziplock bag with no tag whatsoever on the blouse (no brand name tag, no size tag) and no packing slip or return instructions. Just a blouse in a bag. That would've been fine if it had looked anything like the photo. It was so dark as to appear almost black in certain light. It ran very large and hung differently than the photo, plus the neckline was different. So, I emailed regarding instructions on a return. They did reply, but offered me a 20% discount and 20% credit for next order. If I wanted a full refund, I'd need to pay for shipping and would only be refunded once they received the blouse. My concern is that I'd send it back and never hear from them again, based on the poor reviews from others. I've decided to donate it to a clothing charity for someone who may need it. I just can't trust this online shop.

Does not look like pictures. I ordered the green velvet top and collar is small and tight. Is not representative of picture. Took a long time to arrive. Company does not respond to requests for return.

Ordered a dress on 10/6. No sign of it on 10/20 so reached out for shipping update/info. Got sketchy reply that my dress was last one in factory and had a defect so would have to wait for new batch from warehouse. Requested to cancel and get refund. Request denied. Still nothing. Scam!

I ordered a certain type of blouse & it took over a month to arrive.. I just received it today and it’s a dress, not a blouse, and it’s the wrong size and completely wrong color. Weirdly, the “Sassy Grace” order was sent by someone named “CAINIAO” with no copy of my invoice. Why is someone named “CAINIAO” sending my order instead of “Sassy Grace Boutique “?? No phone number to contact them and the fine print says “no refunds”.

If I could give ZERO stars, I would!

This company feels like a SCAM! Do not buy from “SASSY GRACE”!

The site proclaims they have a refund policy, but the window of return is so small you would have to live in the same town or own your own drop off drone to return anything on-time. In addition, you’re required to get permission to start a return. IF you do not want a 20% refund and 20% future purchase coupon they ghost your email requests for a returns address to send back unusable items for a FULL refund. By ignoring your procedurally correct email requests for a return address you miss the very narrow time allowance to make a return. Essentially they sabotage returns.

Do NOT buy from them. Quality is disappointing. I purchased plus size tops and every one of them tapered at the hips. They will not respond to my emails. I returned the items and am still waiting on a refund weeks later.

I would give this zero stars if I could. I finally received my order after six WEEKS. The items run wayyyyyyyyyy smaller than advertised. I am trying to nail these items back so I can order bigger sizes (trying to give this company another chance) but NOBODY will get back to me with a mailing address to send these back to!! I must get a refund before reordering.

Clothes are cheap and unwearable. No info or return address to get refunded.

ZERO STARS IS MORE LIKE IT. Part of my order was missing. Some had wrong size. Very cheap material. Get the same email response from SHANNON over and over again. This is a scam company. Do not buy from them.

This company is a joke received tops they were cheap and some were see through ordered the same size on all of them and they were all different sizes I returned all with priority number they received them June 7 still no refund. Shannon is a joke. She sends the same email over and over I will report them and do all I can to shut them down this isn’t over unless I get my refund

If I could give this company 0 stars i would. I purchased over $100 of merchandise and still have not received my order but my credit card was charged. Guess what-no working number or email address from the company has worked. Please avoid this company.

Poor quality and fit. They charged me for more items than received and as of yet have not agreed to a refund despite multiple requests. Do not buy from them, you will be frustrated and disappointed.

SCAM!!!!!! Never received the merchandise. Do not order from them!!!!!
