Liefst had ik negatieve sterren gegeven. Ik kreeg een mail van G.L.S. dat een postpakket niet afgeleverd was omdat ik niet thuis was en daarom moest ik €2,95 overmaken. Dit bleek oplichting want vervolgens bleek ik een abonnement bij deze winkel te hebben. Hoewel ik het direct heb opgezegd, duurt het 14 dagen voordat het definitief wordt. Voor die tijd kunnen ze het volgende bedrag afschrijven. Daarom was ik genoodzaakt mijn creditcard te blokkeren en een nieuwe aan te vragen.
Op mijn mail reageren ze alleen dat opzeggen via hun voorwaarden moet maar ik heb mij hier NOOIT voor ingeschreven.

Auf Instagram wurde ich bei einem Gewinnspiel dazu verleitet meine Angaben anzugeben und für die Zusendung des Preises ein Porto zu bezahlen. Die Abbuchung des Portos in Höhe von Euro 2.95 erfolgte umgehend und anschliessend wurde mir per E-Mail mitgeteilt, dass ich ein Abo bei Shopthebags abgeschlossen habe, was ich jedoch nie getan habe... Nun wurde meine Bankkarte am heutigen Tag, gegen meinen WIllen, mit Euro 69.48 belastet, obschon ich dafür nie eine Einwilligung gegeben habe.
Den Kundensupport habe ich bereits mehrfach angeschrieben, jedoch wurde auf meine Anliegen nie eingegangen!
Die Art und Weise wie hier vorgegangen wird, macht für mich den Anschein, dass es sich dabei um einen Betrug handelt.
