I haven't seen the curtains that were made for my Son , but think they are fine. However the admin side seams a little amiss. We're given a date for fitting without checking with the resident , then when they were due to be fitted the date was changed. Also the fitting wasn't correct , and someone had to revisit to adjust. Not sure why this occured , as everything else was good.

Helpful , friendly staff and I am pleased with the service I received.
I already recommend a friend and she too is very satisfied with the blinds that she chose.

Ideally I would give 4 and a half stars. The making and fitting was excellent, with just a minor hiccup over the final fitting, which was easily resolved. We're very pleased with the result and would use the business again.

Once again exceptional personal service, with back up assistance if needed. We'll done.

Beautiful, high-quality custom ILIV curtains! The Curtain Shop helped me decide on fabric choices, design schema and add-ons to suit three large windows (one measured 2.6m!) for my Drawing Room. They offer appointments to visit you in your own home to suit. I was regularly kept abreast of next steps through texts and emails. I was super impressed with how quick it was to order samples, and then receive the real products once finalised. Thank you again :)

I am so happy to have a blind for our extremely wide kitchen window. So many other companies have said that it was impossible and that I would need two or three overlapping short blinds and that I would never, ever get a single roller blind that wide.
The Curtain Shop has proved them all wrong and I couldn't be more pleased. I really like their 'Can Do' attitude.
Because of the width, only certain fabric ranges were suitable but I was easily able to find one that works perfectly in our kitchen.
The Curtain Shop made an appointment to take accurate measurements, gave us a quote which we accepted and delivered and fitted the kitchen blind within a few weeks and faster than we expected as the Easter Bank holidays intervened.
The kitchen finally looks complete!
