Love the quality and longevity of these items but felt scammed into buying lids because no mention was made that they came with any and had options on lids

Absolutely love this water bottle! It keeps drinks cold for a full 24 hours, which is perfect for long days out or gym sessions. Cleaning it is a breeze, and the delivery was super quick too. I’m so impressed that I’ll definitely be ordering another one for my partner. Highly recommend!

Very disappointed in the XL Tumbler I purchased on their Black Friday promotion on Facebook.

While the product looks classy, it is very not leak proof in any way, shape or form! It leaked like an old bucket in my back pack, luckily it only had water in it. I used the slider lid, as it seemed more leak proof than the lid with the straw which leaks without the straw in it.

I thought I’d send it back for a refund, however, read the small print… They don’t refund sale items.

Their refund and return policy seems unfriendly too, you have to pay for postage back, what happens if they decline the refund, do you have to pay to get the unacceptable item back to you or just be out of pocket?

Hmmm, I think I’ll stick with Amazon!!

All the water bottles I have brought have been brilliant. I use a 500ml bottle on a daily basis and my husband has a 750ml guzzler. Both stay cold throughout the day. My children use 250ml bottles for school, they seem indestructible!
The coffee cup is OK, it keeps hot but I don't fully trust the lid to not leak and so won't put in my bag, I have to keep hold of it. I would definitely recommend the water bottled to anyone, however the coffee cup slightly disappointing.

The water bottles I have bought from SHO for my grandchildren are fantastic so have bought more for them. They have been dropped numerous times and still look great.
Recently bought myself a cup for hot drinks but unfortunately not so good. Rather disappointed as within an hour the drink is cold. Such a shame as expected it to be as good as the water bottles. Looks great though

i am writing to say how bitterly disappointed i am with my SHO XL Tumbler that i ordered at the beginning of October
I have only been using this for 1 week as i have started a new job and wanted it for my commute. The handle is wobbly and the sippy lid has leaked and now the sliding part has come off 2 days in a row.
i am appalled that ive paid a not inconsequential amount of money for a substandard product.

Bought two more bottles as Christmas presents as requested by my family. I have a number of different sized bottles and cups and they are great. If I have had a problem with them in the past Sho have sorted things very quickly and replaced them

Amazing product which keeps your drinks cold for a very long time (not tried hot drinks yet) and it is very sturdy. My daughter has a bottle for school which gets dropped frequently but is holding up very well. Best drinks bottles I have ever bought.

Absolutely perfect! Have ordered a few bottles from SHO over the years and have never been disappointed. All recipients love them including myself! Would definitely never go back to using other bottles……Thank you SHO!!!!

I’ll never be buying anything from this site again. The customer service was terrible; I wasn’t happy with my order, and they refused to give me a refund. Really disappointing.

As usual a great product and service!
My present cupboard is filling up nicely, with most people getting the SHO products!
Just a note that you should make it clear on the buy two get one free that only be for new customer's!

Terrible customer service. I brought a kids bottle online with high expectations, however when I received it I put water in to test it's function to find it did not fulfil my expectations. When the bottle was lent over, water came out.

I returned this item with all the labels, unused other than having had water put in it and emptied, then dried and they are refusing a refund. This is extremely unreasonable as the item was not as advertised and there is no doubt they will be re selling this bottle.

I can only test a bottle by putting water in it as I can only test a pair of jeans putting my legs in them.

Love my new bottle, keeps my drinks super chilled and hasn't spilled a drop when I throw it in my bag or car!

Amazing company with great products. This is my 4th purchase from Sho and every one is great.

I have bought many bottles from this company over the years for myself, my husband and a lot of family members and they are all still going strong.
Recently the o-ring seal on one of my bottles became defunct and was coming off every time I took the lid off. I contacted the company to see if I could purchase a replacement as I was sure I have seen them on their website years ago but couldn’t find them.
I got a reply from Katie who said she would send me one free of charge and true to her word it arrived yesterday.
Their bottles are fantastic and their customer service is also fantastic.
I wouldn’t buy these bottles from anywhere else.

The print on my bottle marked after one use but customer services not interested. They offered 20% off a new purchase like they were offering me the world but a simple check online and they have 20% discount codes everywhere so they weren’t actually offering me anything for a faulty product.

Brilliant bottle however extremely poor customer service! We usually get these bottles every year however in delivery the straw part was broken. Thinking we can use them anyway we tried but messaged the company to get a replacement. By the time they replied we had then thrown the broken part away as didn't work. Their reply then stated we need to take a photo which was now not possible. Due to this their response is even though not my fault i need to buy another straw for both bottles. Really poor for a premium brand bottle. Will no longer buy bottles from here.
