Prices are the best. Amazing delivery times from other side of the world. Very solid packaging. Great after sales support and even better over all support from the "contact" you are provided with every order. I have had pieces break while I was handling them - immediately replaced. One time there was a very small screw hole cover missing on one side of the model I bought - replaced immediately. Lost a package once during delivery and although we did have to give it time to not show up, understandably, but as soon as that seemed the case I received a new one about 2 weeks later.

ShowZ carries a wide selection of 3rd party and 4th party Transformer figures, as well as other stuff. They have outstanding customer service, very fair pricing, and great shipping. They package very secure so it arrives in great condition. I highly recommend them for your collection. If you're reading this, I assume you are a collector.

What is the most important is their excellent customer service. They replied to emails and their site messages quickly. They helped me resolve issues with replacement parts or shipping promptly.
