We needed 60 boxes of papers shredded and you had 3 different companies call me within 10 minutes and we were able to book one at a great price.

This is a great service. It is cumbersome to individually analyze each shredding service provider. I tried. Shred Nations did it for me and I was referred to the perfect vendor within 30 minutes of signing up. Highly recommend.

Got a call back shortly after submitting and then a call from the company with a quote shortly after that.

Called today for info regarding shreading companies that come to the home. One called but didn't leave a message. I called back but they didn't return that call. Other didn't call.

I was contacted almost immediately--before 8 a.m.! The dispatcher was courteous and helpful; however, I think business etiquette dictates that calls should not occur before 8 a.m. M-F.

We were promised 2 phone calls but, only received one. We were extremely satisfied with the entire process from beginning to end.

Supper Shred did a great job for me. Their employee was friendly and is an is an asset to their company. Will use them in the future and recommend them to other businesses.

I made the call yesterday afternoon for help shredding personal files...hoards of them. We are getting ready to move and I do not intend to drag this crud along, again. I got a callback almost immediately with a quote. This morning the Shred guy shows up at 8:30 as promised, relieves me of all my ugly paperwork, charges me the amount he quoted and he's gone, all within one hour's time. Service doesn't get any better than that folks! All with a smile and happy attitude too. I'm very pleased. Thank you!

This process was so simple, and they came to my house!
Before my husband passed away he did taxes for friends and families, and kept paper copies of the information. Because this was his business I was concerned about disposing of all this 'private information'. I found Shred Nation on line, they immediately got me in contact with Tim and he was at my home the next day. Very pleasant and polite, I knew all this 'stuff' was in secure hands. Eight boxes gone and room in my garage again!!

Called, scheduled and waited for an estimate. "We have a truck in the aea. It will stop by to give estimate."

No call, no show no follow up. This is three days later that I write this. Called Shred It and they were on the ball.

When I called I told the rep that I only had a week to get my items shredded. She assured me someone would call to set up an appointment. I am leaving tomorrow to move cross country. As of today, no one has called to set up an appointment. Not only does this pose an inconvenience to me, I could have called another company that wanted my business enough to call me! Don't waste your time on this company.
