We recently purchased our plot, and we could not be happier with the experience, all thanks to Maggie, our senior sales representative. From our very first meeting, Maggie made us feel incredibly welcome and confident about taking this big step. She is the absolute definition of professionalism, combining a warm, friendly attitude with an exceptional attention to detail. Throughout the entire process, Maggie kept us fully informed at every stage, answering all of our queries and handling everything with incredible efficiency. Even when things got a bit stressful, her attentive and reassuring approach kept us completely at ease. She truly went above and beyond to ensure a smooth, seamless journey from start to finish. If you are looking to buy, we highly recommend asking for Maggie—her customer service is simply excellent! A big shout out to Darren the site manager too, he has been excellent with us too right from the start!! We cannot fault anyone at Shropshire homes even the admin sales girls, so thank you for making our dream a beautiful reality.

We cannot thank Sarah and the sales team at Shropshire homes enough. We have bought our first home and have been supported through every step of the process. Our home is beautiful and we could not be happier with the service. Our home is finished to an amazing standard and I would recommend Shropshire homes to anyone

We have had an excellent experience buying our new home at Nedge Hill in Telford. I cannot praise Sue Markham enough she is a real asset to the company and so professional.

Our interactions with the company have been excellent throughout. Shayma and Emma both were professional, thorough and patient. In the end we decided that the home we were originally interested in was not for us and we decided to withdraw from the process during the cooking off period. However this was not the fault of the sales team, and we were treated cordially at all times. I would definitely recommend SH as a company that is both fair and trustworthy, and who have helpful and excellent staff.

Excellent staff. Very helpful and cooperative throughout the whole experience. Well designed and constructed house in a thoughtfully laid out development.

The house purchase at Mytton Oak Manor has been seamless.

From the outset, Ruth has guided me through every step of the process with excellent communication and timely updates. Nothing has been too much trouble.

Shropshire Homes have been a pleasure to deal with.

We met Shayma Beensaad at the Whitehall Gadens development today. What a wonderful ambassador for the company. She welcomed us, was so knowledgable and helpful and she made the entire afternoon a real pleasure.
She sold the property really well and was able to answer all of our questions on the spot without any hesitation.
We ended up reserving one of the houses. Please pass on my gratitude and appreciation to Shayma. The development is beautiful and she made the experience of choosing a home a fabulous day.

From the moment we stepped through the door of the show home, Maggie made us feel completely at ease. At no point did we ever feel under any pressure, which made the whole experience genuinely enjoyable. It’s been really exciting attending viewings and seeing the updates on our new home as it’s being built.
We also had the pleasure of meeting Darren, the site manager, who further cemented our belief that we had made the right decision. His professionalism and knowledge gave us great confidence in the process.
We are absolutely delighted with the quality of the house. We’ve visited other sites and met with other sales staff, including Sue and Caroline, and every single person we encountered was welcoming, helpful, and a real credit to Shropshire Homes.
Overall, it has been a fantastic experience, and we couldn’t be happier with our decision.

We had a wonderful experience working with Sarah Shropshire while buying our new home. From start to finish, she kept us consistently updated and informed every step of the way. We always felt like we knew exactly what was happening, which made the entire process much less stressful.

Sarah was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything clearly, answering all of our questions with patience and honesty. What we appreciated most was that we never felt pressured at any point — she truly wanted us to find the right home for us.

If you’re looking for someone who is professional, informative, and genuinely cares about her clients, we highly recommend Sarah Shropshire Homes!

We have just moved into one of the last homes on Crudgington Fields.

We started the process with the very lovely Jean (promised her a BBQ on completion😉) then Maggie took over. Our sale was not the easiest, we experienced several stumbling blocks along the way.

We could not have a had a more patient, empathetic, thorough and professional team to deal with!

Maggie, a personal BIG thanks for the endless phone calls, questions, answers, tips!! We are so pleased to have shared our journey with someone as lovely as you!
A thanks to Roger too for our smooth handover day

We will certainly be recommending Shropshire Homes ❤️❤️

Caroline, at Derrington Meadows in Ditton Priors, was extremely helpful during the buying process. She often went out of her way and beyond what was necessary to support me at stressful times and find solutions. We've had some great chats and, even though I moved into my house around 10 weeks ago, I still pop in to see her from time to time. Thanks Caroline!

Ruth is a wonderful sales executive at Mytton Oak Manor. We were undecided on what house to purchase. Without hesitation, she set up viewings of the relevant show homes on two different sites. This was very helpful, and we went on to reserve the right home for us. Nothing is too much trouble for her.
A good start on our property journey! Thank you Ruth!

I will be completing on my new home on Oakmere Ridge tomorrow. The whole process has been brilliant. We had a very tight timeframe, but even so, all attention to detail and processes has been adhered to so that I feel confident in my decision to buy from Shropshire Homes.
Sarah in Sales has been amazing with her correspondence and adaptability to keep me in the loop at all times.
Roger also took the time to make sure I was briefed thoroughly at pre-handover.
Thank you so much!

Maggie from the Farriers Gate development has been amazing throughout my journey buying a home with Shropshire Homes. It’s been such a welcoming and supportive experience, really reduced the stress of buying a house. I’ve enjoyed the process immensely

Staff have been really helpful, they have throughout the purchase kept me up to date with everything to do with my build. I haven’t felt pressurised into buying extras like some house builders.
If I’ve left a message the sales office has always got back to me.
I fully recommend Shropshire homes.

We've just moved into our first new build property on Oakmere Ridge, Ellesmere. The attention to detail & helpful, friendly service & advice from Sarah Cotton has made a stressful move go so smoothly. Sarah has vast knowledge about the site & the information provided was very detailed.
The whole Shropshire Homes team have made us feel very confident about buying a new build & have all made us so welcome. Nothing is too much trouble. The house is completed to a high standard & we are very happy here.Special mention to Tanya for after sales service & resolving our problem quickly. Definitely recommend Shropshire Homes.

Just bought a house on Oakmere ridge, Ellesmere. The experience has been very easy and Sarah has been amazing and kept me informed throughout the process. Nothing has been too much trouble from extra viewings to my house to helping me download pdf’s and help with the process of buying. Couldn’t fault Sarah at all.

As we near the completion of our new home in the Derrington Meadows development, Ditton Priors, we wanted to say how impressed from the start we've been with the sales rep, Caroline.
Caroline has been consistently helpful, friendly, approachable and efficient. We feel that nothing has been too much trouble for her. We particularly valued her support when we chose our finishing touches. She was most patient, let us take our time and was available to advise when we requested this.
Because of our experience with Caroline, we feel confidence to be buying from a customer focused and trustworthy company. And the house is looking great!
