Without exaggerating, SHUOBAOD ARE THIEVES.
They will not allow you to return and will not refund.

I bought a small hand-held car vacuum cleaner. I couldn’t put it together because the trashy pieces are not molded properly. I did not really need instructions but they’re only in Chinese anyway.

They have given three sets of conflicting instructions.
1. As requested I provided photos of the item in perfect condition (I haven’t used it), photo of the packing label etc. Three times I asked for a response. NOT ONCE WOULD THEY GIVE A RETURN ADDRESS!

2. Then after several requests they replied and told me to find something of equal value on their website. There is no way I would click that link.

3, Then, after charging me $86aud, the thieves offered me ’compensation’. Either $1aud or a 15% refund.

There have been many more emails from them. They keep contradicting themselves.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE THIEVES. BE WARNED !

This is a rewrite web site of the same company thats scamming people. They keep adding different websites, hijacking Paypal and other banking apps, hoping you'll be fooled into thinking those banks are real, they are not. THIS so called fig cake, does NOT exist.
