Had a very good experience with setting up storage with Michael.

Well appart from the safety issue the lady in reception is so rude and clueless.
Did you spot something ?
All the customers that have customers service issues specifically with that lady names sound like mine!!!
She actually called the police on me in front my 14 years old boy , that was last Thursday, she said I am trespassing (lol) .
I wish she was a bit educated to know the definition of trespassing.
AVOID THEM PLEASE !!!

Incredible customer service and incredibly helpful staff in showing us the process from start to finish. All vey clear in how everything worked. Would recommend massively, especially those who deal with Rute or Phoenix. Both lovely people!

The colleague working was very helpful and polite they explained the whole process of moving stuff in very clearly and was very welcoming too.

Parking space is limited but was almost empty all the time I was there over two days, I had no problem bringing a large van in. Vehicle flow is one-way and entrance/exit aren't very clearly marked - entrance is on the left side of the building. The road adjacent is pretty quiet though and I had space to manoeuvre back out when I got it wrong the first time.
Check-in was pretty straightforward although there was some confusion around whether I needed to download the app (my phone wouldn't do it through my metered data, but turns out the app is optional).
Unit in good condition, accessible via two spacious lifts both in good working order. Building was very cold due to the weather but I didn't notice any damp/condensation.
Trolleys are provided which were fine for boxes and small-to-medium items of furniture, not so much for larger items (mattress, sofa).
