Umfassender Service

Es gab einen umfassenden Service und eine sehr gute Kommunikation mit den
freundlichen Kundenbetreuern, die eine auf mich zugeschnittene Lösung für einen Raumwechsel ermöglicht haben. Das Einlagern ist komfortabel und der Zugang modern per App. Ich bin gerne Kunde bei diesem Unternehmen. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Bin aktuell sehr zufrieden mit…

Bin aktuell sehr zufrieden mit Shurgard. Das einzige „Manko“ wäre die extra Kosten auf der Seite zu erwähnen wenn dort 1€ Miete für einen Monat steht :) war jetzt aber auch kein Weltuntergang. Ging alles sehr schnell und der Lagerraum ist auch top weiter so Shurgard!

Pierre am Empfang bei Shurgard hat uns…

Pierre am Empfang bei Shurgard Reinickendorf hat uns kurz vor seinem Feierabend noch sehr weitergeholfen. Er hat uns freundlich beraten, uns die Anlage gezeigt und auch beim Lagerraumwechsel geholfen – alles schnell und unkompliziert gemacht. Mega nett, hilfsbereit und professionell. Vielen Dank für den tollen Service!

GiG Gebäude ist Geil

Das Gebäude hat einen technisch modernen Zustand, wirkt sehr sauber und aufgeräumt. Mitarbeiter insbesondere der Herr Emil, ein Muster Beispiel für richtig motivierte Mitarbeiter😇 TOP!

Reasonably priced, clean and self-service!

Reasonably priced, easy and quick to get started (fully self-service online), clean and secure storage location. Absolute perfection! :)

Just one potential feedback would be to add a "Glitterwagen" with mesh vertically on the sides to carry fragile items which are prone to falling while loading. Also, the lift opens and closes super quick like a passenger lift which is sometimes annoying when dealing again with fragile or easy to fall items coz it makes you rush (esp if you are alone)
