Nach der online Buchung sofortiger Anruf. Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiterinnen am Standort. Freundliche Auskünfte und schnelle Abläufe (der Raum musste umgebucht werden, weil das Schloss klemmte). Toller Service und sauberer Raum.

Das von mir gekaufte Schloss befand…
Das von mir gekaufte Schloss befand sich nicht in dem Raum, also telefonieren. Das Schloss selbst ist hakelig anzubringen. Die Trolleys lassen sich nicht lenken, so dass man immer wieder vor die Wand fährt. Katastrophe. Beim Rausfahren gab es Probleme mit der Toröffnung.

Relativ einfache Anmietung - penetrante Verkäufer
Nach einer vorläufigen Online Anmietung bekommt man es am nächsten Tag mit "Hard-Selling Kundendienstlern" aus allen Unternehmensbereichen zu tun, die Kunden zur sofortigen Anmietung überreden wollen (letzte 2 Räume usw.) Leider weiß die eine Person nicht was die andere bereits vorher unternommen hat. Sehr unprofessionell ! Zusätzlich wird man mit "no-reply" eMails von Shurgard förmlich bombardiert, die man leider nicht durch den üblichen Link abbestellen kann. Total unprofessionell. In den Hallen fehlen Transportkarren (eigene mitbringen !!) die dafür auf dem ganzen Gelände von Kunden stehen gelassen werden. Das stört die Mitarbeiter vor Ort leider nicht. Das Gelände darf von 22:00 - 07:00 nicht betreten werden. Positive Merkmale sind: das Gelände und die Boxen sind sehr sauber, die App zum Toröffnung arbeitet problemlos, viele Boxen werden mit hohem Discount angeboten - UND auf dem gleichen Gelände befindet sich ein großer ALDI Markt.

Die Anmietung online war sehr einfach und durch die App läuft es wie geschmiert. Alle Tore öffnen sich automatisch und ich wurde sogar persönlich zu meinem Lagerraum gebracht. Alles sehr einfach und super professionell!

Die Website ist sehr übersichtlich und hilft Ihnen, die richtige Lagergröße zu finden. Die Anleitung ist sehr klar und einfach zu öffnen, um auf das Lager zuzugreifen. Sie können ein Schloss mieten, das 3 Schlüssel hat und einfach zu bedienen ist. Sehr empfehlenswert.
