Top Service und unkomplizierte Abwicklung
Meine Erfahrung bei Shurgard Self Storage war durchweg positiv. Schon auf der Website war es dank der Visualisierung sehr einfach, die benötigte Lagergröße zu bestimmen und ein passendes Angebot auszuwählen.
Auch vor Ort lief alles reibungslos: Der Lagerraum war sauber, in einwandfreiem Zustand und der Standort verkehrsgünstig gelegen sowie gut erreichbar.
Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die App – sie ist äußerst praktisch. Die Bedienung von Rolltor und Aufzug funktionierte einwandfrei, und sie bietet alle wichtigen Informationen sowie praktische Möglichkeiten zur Vertragsverwaltung. Alles war transparent und unkompliziert.
Insgesamt bin ich sehr zufrieden und würde jederzeit wieder bei Shurgard einlagern. Absolut empfehlenswert!

14 Tage Kündigungsfrist, die vorher nicht besprochen wurde. Muss jetzt einen ganzen Monat extra bezahlen. Bucht lieber woanders!!!

Es hat alles super geklappt! Man kann ein Bulli oder Auto super parken und die zu verwahrenden Gegenstände mit verschiedenen Wagen und Rollis zum Lagerraum bringen! Tipp Topp!!

Ich habe 9m² bestellt und 7,5m²…
Ich habe 9m² bestellt und 7,5m² bekommen.
Alternativ wurde mir Angeboten in einen 6m² Raum umzuziehen. Der Kundenservice kümmert sich nicht. Daher sehe ich gerade eine Alternative. Man soll dringend das Schloss kaufen und nimmt deshalb keins mit und es steht keins bereit. Muss dann die Halbe Etage mit Kundenservice am Ohr ablaufen um ein Schloss aus einem anderen Raum zu entnehmen.
