More than satisfied with all of the staff on site. All very helpful.

We gave two weeks notice to leave on 9th march but have to pay the rental fee and insurance until the end of April. 6 weeks extra money after moving out.

Shurgard has been provided excellent service so far. The staff I’ve spoken to have been helpful and informative; all my questions were answered as well as giving me advice about the size of the unit I needed. There’s the flexibility for me to move my belongings to a smaller unit when I need to. All well so far.

Easy to book online, good price, efficient service on site.

Excellent service from both Lynn and Emma, really appreciate their help and cannot recommend more highly if you need storage in the area. Premises are very well designed - the only feature I felt was lacking was perhaps some a/c in the office / reception area, as with the recent hot weather I felt sorry for the staff in there all day with just a couple of fans.

Lovely lady at the front desk was super helpful (didn't catch her name as it was late on Sunday 19th and we had had a stressful day!). Being new to self storage it was good to have someone calmly show us how everything works.

First storage unit I’ve ever used and the process was so easy. Compared to that of others I had to call up and enquire about, Shurgard however showed really detailed pictures of storage sizes and it was so quick and easy to book my unit online and it was ready the next day. Not to mention it was far more reasonable in price. When we got to the unit. There was a very helpful gentleman in the reception called Mike who ran through everything with us and showed us to our unit. Great experiance.

Horsham staff are lovely. Very friendly and helpful.
The online booking system lets the company down. Time consuming and frustrating. Multiple failures in trying to upload the necessary documents. I wish I had paid the £20 and dealt with humans rather than a poor IT system. In the end I finished registration with actual people at the branch. And they smiled!
The storage unit was just what I needed.
