Prinzipiell hat alles super geklappt - allerdings wurde kurz nach Vertragsabschluss die APP geändert, wodurch es nicht möglich war, sich anzumelden. Also musste ich mich mit einem Gastzugang anmelden - der Zugangscode dafür funktionierte aber am tag des Einzuges nicht, so dass der Mitarbeiter vor Ort einen neuen Zugangscode vergeben musste - danach war alles einwandfrei.

Funktioniert bislang einfach und reibungslos
Ich bin zum Zeitpunkt dieser Rezension zwar erst 5 Tage Kunde von Shugard, aber Produkt und Service sind definitiv gut durchdacht und es funktioniert alles reibungslos. Reservierung, Bezahlung, Zugangscodes, der gebuchte Raum war sauber und hatte einen neuen Schließzylinder.

Freundlich und unkompliziert
Die Anmietung eines Lagerraums war problemlos online möglich. Jeder Schritt wurde im Detail beschrieben. Sehr freundlicher telefonischer Kontakt mit den Mitarbeitenden vor Ort und in der Zentrale am Tag der Übernahme, so dass der „Einzug“ auch außerhalb der Büro-Öffnungszeiten erfolgen konnte.

Leichte Abwicklung, alles Kameraüberwacht und sehr gepflegt. Hatte keine Angst meine Sachen dort in einen Lagerraum zu packen. Absolut empfehlenswert.
