I am a delivery driver and used to deliver to this place over a year ago. I have returned recently to cover the area and I just want to say this has got to be one of the friendliest, welcoming and also helpful places I have been in poole. Have to mention Gina and Michelle, they most definitely couldn't be two better people and would like to thank them for the experience when visiting every time. Keep up the good work.

Visited Poole store today and met Gina. She was really very well informed, understood the needs of people planning to use storage facilities perfectly and explained everything involved thoroughly. Would highly recommend this store.

10/10 staff are incredibly friendly and the prices are so cheap for what you get and definitively worth your money if you need storage for carboot sales and for business storage definitively recommend it

Gina, at the Poole office went above and beyond to help get my storage unit set up. Making sure I was taken care of professionally from a warm welcome, access to the unit and easy loading. Happy to be back at the facility for a second time and enjoying top quality service again.

Very happy with Shurgard. Conveniently situated for me, seems to be very secure as access only on the app. The app is great too, tells me when the rent is due etc. Staff when I need them are very helpful.

This storage is very convenient, and the security is excellent. Instructions on website could be easier to follow but all resolved during office hours.

Excellent service from the very start. They made sure I had exactly what i had in mind. I have the confidence that all my items are in a very secure place. Very friendly telephone conversation to make sure I was settled in and to my satisfaction. 10/10 for service.

Found the pricing to be very competitive. Was able to lock in a 12 month contract over the phone with ease.
Within 15 minutes had access to unit.

Easy to use App - which you have to use to access the site. Clean, plenty of trolleys on site.

The whole process at Shurgard has been great . Gina has been incredibly helpful , the unit itself is perfect , and the pricing was very competitive . The entry system is app based and easy to use as well . Highly recommend.
