The customer service was absolutely…

The customer service was absolutely amazing.

I was slightly late arriving and I was not made to feel at all like I was an inconvenience.
Very efficient and polite staff and I will highly recommend to anyone who is in need of your services.

Highly recommend

Highly recommend - needed storage unit for short period while moving house & this was provided at great rates. Also, the opening hours to access the units was excellent as it stayed open until 11pm most nights. This is very useful for those working the “9-5” hours as a lot of other units closed around 6/7pm. Gareth was very helpful in explaining at the T&Cs, best options and rates & provided great customer service.

Semira was so helpful and took the time to explain everything properly. It was my first time using a storage service and Semira was really quick and kind in helping me! I’ll definitely recommend to other people who need storage services.

Great Manager.

I needed storage in a hurry and Simira the Manager in Putney was great and made the whole experience hassle free. I also mucked up the lock system and she sorted it all out without any fuss. All round great experience, definitely use them again. Cathy Parson
