Shurgard Putney-great storage place
Great experience at Shurgard Putney, very easy to book a unit and Semira was amazing with helping to upgrade to a larger unit. The place is secure, clean and the location is extremely convenient. All staff are very friendly and helpful.

Really friendly and helpful staff. There was an issue with there being no lighting in unit, but they went out of their way to try and resolve.

Absolutely great staff and facility
Absolutely great staff and facility. My only issue is that one of the 2 lights in my unit wasn't working upon arrival. A few times When I was moving items Into the unit none of the lights wanted to turn on. I have called to report it but the process to get it sorted seems to be a bit drawn out. Apart from the lighting issue it would be 5stars.
Also it doesn't work out at £1 for the first month but it's still reasonable

Actually deserve less than 1 star
Actually deserve less than 1 star, terrible communication and customer service. They robbed over £6k of my belongings and didn't return calls or emails!!!!!! DO NOT USE
