I was At surbiton store, and Chris helped to setup getting storage rental details and was very helpful, I was very happy to get very good service.

Paul was super helpful and friendly and has helped me enormously today when I wanted to change units and increase my time. He made a very stressful situation for me easy and quick and I’m very grateful for his help and professionalism. Highly recommend surbiton and will return

I had previously been a customer for years in a different county. When I moved to Surrey,there was no other choice to me. And this Surbiton facility is new and modern, and easy to access and use. The staff are also friendly and helpful.

The guys at Surbiton Shurgard today were extremely helpful - helping me to give notice on one unit and arranging for a new unit for my family with minimal fuss. I highly recommend them

This is my second time using Shurgard Surbiton. Second time. Because first time they were extremely helpful and professional. As they were this time. A returning customer is always a sign that you're doing good. After I had underestimated the amount of storage I was gonna need they were very accomodating and the issue was resolved before it even became an issue. And the after hours access is a huge bonus.
Cannot recommend them highly enough.

Incredibly patronising and rude staff who talk to you constantly in a very unhelpful manner.

The service provided by the staff at Shurgard Surbiton is exceptional. I have used this branch since December 2021 and have always returned when needing self storage.
Staff are very knowledgeable and go out of their way to accommodate customers requirements.

Really nice staff. Understanding and helpful. I wasn’t sure what I needed and I was shown different options and given the time to make decisions.

They were very helpful especially when i realised i needed to upgrade my unit size on the day of move in. Great new app which is easy to use to help access the door and lift. Will be using them again.
