Er simpelthen så tilfreds
Er simpelthen så tilfreds med Shurgard's service. En meget dygtig, opmærksom og vedholdende medarbejder fra Shurgard Valby fremrykkede lejedatoen for mit lagerrum på under 1 minut - da mine ting, imod forventning, ankom fra udlandet tre dage før tid. Men ikke nok med det: han sørgede også for at der var en kodelås klar til rummet - og at alt var blevet gjort klart så det kunne tages i brug. Men stadig ikke nok med det: fordi jeg var i udlandet og tingene kom tre dage før tid, var han så enormt venlig at modtage fragtmanden på stedet, fik ham anvist dertil hvor tingene kunne stilles - og sørgede for at det hele var kommet ind - og låste derefter af rummet. Så ringede han til mig for at informere mig om at alt var på plads og i orden.
Alt dette har sparet mig for en masse bøvl og tid! Jeg har aldrig oplevet sådan en god service og er bare så enormt tilfreds.
