Excellent experience from start to finish. Dan is so helpfull and experience when it came to choosing the look I was looking for, great communication throughout. I truly couldn't be happier with my curtains in the office, bedroom along with roman blinds and electric blind. The fitting was outstanding with no mess . Caint wait to order more for the rest of my house. Couldn't recommend them more totally first class service.

Fantastic customer service from beginning to end. They walked me through all the options for my windows. My windows are shallow and I was unable to do a lot of the standard frames. However, they were very quickly able to help me come to a solution by adding a buildout to my frames. Previous companies who quoted me in the past did not offer this option to me and I appreciate Shutter Shade Shoppe for spending extra time with me on my order to ensure that everything fit perfectly. Would recommend!

We really appreciate Steven and Mike for our whole house window treatments. They patiently walk through our *in the middle of total remodeling" house at least three times for suggestions, explain the differences of different window treatments and, most important, professionally answer all our "weird and unprofessional" questions.
We love their beautiful hardwood shutters and Zebra Shades, good quality products with good installation works done also. We really could not ask anything more from them with the price we paid. We are strongly recommend them.

Great customer service. Staff is extremely knowledgeable and answered all my questions from start to finish. Shutter quality is flawless. I ordered white and wood stained Shutters and they were able to accommodate for both. Reasonably priced for a custom product. Takes some time to arrive (about 5 weeks) but well worth the wait!

Shutters are excellent quality and I was surprised at how quickly the sales representative was to get my order placed. Came over for a free measure and brought all samples on site. Walked me through all my options and made sure all my questions were answered. Installation was quick and efficient. Overall, the final presentation is professional and looks beautiful. High quality shutters and the company is competitive in pricing. I ordered for 12 windows. For 1 window, there was a tension issue with the louvers. I called the company and they sent a representative out to my house to adjust the louvers. Now, everything works perfectly and I couldn't be happier with the end result. Thank you S&S Shoppe!

I've been looking for a window covering company that is both honest and affordable. They come out for a measure, give you recommendations on site and bring along with them a huge sample box filled with Shutter frames, colors and fabric choices for Shades. I ended up going with Shades as they are more affordable and I am so pleased with the result! Their Zebra Shades offer the perfect amount of lighting and privacy and I love how modern it makes my home look. They have over 100 different fabric designs to choose from and I was able to mix and match to compliment my home. Everything from the measure, placing my order and installation was professionally handled and I will definitely be using this company again for any future window coverings!

From start to finish, I couldn't recommend a more professional and friendly company to go to for new window blinds. We ordered shutters for two large windows in our living room, a window in our dinning room, and one for a bedroom. The sales person was able to answer all of our questions and provided valuable suggestions. It didn't feel like they were just trying to earn our money, but genuinely wanted to help us reach our home improvement goals. The person who came to install the shutters was able to finish the job quickly without losing precision. It was amazing how efficient he was with his time in assembling the pieces. The entire project took less than half the day; everything was on time. It was also a plus that the owner followed up with us after the project.

The shutters have a great modern design. The whole frame is light, yet very sturdy. It doesn't feel like they are giving you cheap materials. The shutters are segmented into different chunks (top, down, left, right), so you can also vary the degree of sunlight that shines in at different locations! We love the control we now have in lighting different parts of our rooms. You can't get this with traditional blinds!

Lastly, the price was amazing. They are very competitive on the market! We compared with JCPenney and other department stores and chose Shutter & Shade over them.

Overall everything was done on time and as promised. Very satisfied with their service and product.

I needed new shutters for new windows when I got a contractor to enclose our small patio above our garage. I was able to do the measurements with the help of my contractor. The quality of these shutters are amazing! They are beautiful, elegant, and perfect! The installation was done in an hour. I highly recommend them!

Customer service was great, but the quality is what impressed me. Shutter Shade Shoppe quoted me hundreds of dollars less than my other options. They have solid wood shutters that are very affordable and even though it took a little over 5 weeks to receive our order, it was worth the wait. I am so pleased with the installation and the finish of all our windows. I will be contacting them again when I am ready to do the upstairs of my house.

I had gotten prior quotes from companies that were trying to sell me Shutters for $26 per square foot. Luckily, I continued my search online and found Shutter Shade Shoppe. Upon contacting them, I was scheduled with a free measurement the next day. The final quote was emailed to me not even 2 hours after they left my house and I was able to place my order before the end of the day. Talk about efficiency! Shutters take about 5 weeks to arrive but are well worth the wait. The quality and finish is fantastic and it makes me feel even better that I saved over half my initial cost by going with Shutter Shade Shoppe. I plan on finishing the rest of my house with this company and would highly recommend them to anyone in the market for affordable, durable shutters.
